Good experience ordering and receiving bra from this company. It was exactly as promised. I need to exchange for size, but they got back to me right away with instructions on how to do so. I would order from them again.

I have sent emails multiple requesting assistance with starting a return with no response.

So far I have ordered 5 bras, there as great as the first.

Sizing was completely off! From reviews I saw, I decided to place an order for the shapewear. I even saw some reviews where women said you can even can size down. I ordered two sizes. My regular size which is a 3X and I ordered a size down just in case. Needless to say that 3x was more like a large. I couldn't get the things up my legs.

I decided to send it back for a refund instead of sizing up because if my size didn't fit and I'm seeing that it should, I wasn't going to put myself through the ordeal.

I was told I needed to pay for my return and then told shipping was not refundable because it was in their policy, even though I paid for shipping. Either way, if you're not someone of a smaller frame this shapewear may not be for you. If you happen to get something that fits count it as a win.

As for me I will never order from them again, I will stick with shapellx! And I hope I get my refund. They said it was processed so fingers crossed!

I ordered the Invisible Backless Shaping Bra and the Strapless Invisible Push Up Plunge Bra. Both are excellent quality, very well-made, and fit my body very well! The material is breathable, the stitching is excellent, and the coverage is fabulous.

The Plunge Bra is especially perfect. It fits my body like a glove and I know that it will hold up just fine. It really is invisible from the back and sides. I haven't tried the sticky sides yet, but I do believe that from the quality of the item overall, it will work wonders!

I followed the measurements for size on this website (company's website), and was able to identify my correct sizes no problem!

The customer service of Body Sculptor X is beyond exceptional. When my bras got lost in the mail (post office issue), I reached out to the company and was assigned a specific individual to walk me through the entire process. They were immensely helpful with suggestions on how to locate the bra, and were ready and prepared to refund or replace the bras immediately!

The bras were located (delivered to the wrong parcel locker), and everything worked fine - I got back to the company, and they responded promptly and were so kind!

In the end, I needed to return the backless bra, and was able to do so with absolutely no hassle. They refunded me the money very promptly.

If you are looking for a bra that will work with a specific gown or outfit, and need something reliable to get you through a day or evening, look no further than Body Sculptor X!

I absolutely love my new shape wear this garment delivered EVERYTHING it promised my clothes fit smoother and everything is smooth and lifted. I was skeptical until it arrived but upon trying it on it was perfect it boosted my confidence and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends. The customer service was a plus Zezza was working with me every step of the way courteous and very friendly thank you body sculptor I will definitely be ordering more ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love my shaper thong and I can't wait to get my strapless bra in the correct size it runs small. The thong is great and I will be ordering more shapewear soon!

This shapewear helped me receive the perfect figure. The fabric was so soft and seamless. I can wear my shapewear under my dresses or even my jeans and it will be unnoticeable! Definitely a great choice I’ve made so far this year!

Update: 5/7/24 - I'm happily updating my review to 5 stars after their customer service team worked with me on my issue. The communication error was on my end (my email server was blocking their messages). Once this was resolved, they made an exception to accept my (late) return and refunded it in full. They were also very professional along the way.

I’m currently 6 months post partum and love the support from my body sculptor!!!

They were so accommodating I ordered the wrong size and thought I would have a hard time returning the product and getting the correct size but they worked with me and I got the right size right away and I am so happy with the product.

I like the fact that it's true to size and it doesn't roll down when you bend over or sit down. I bought two one for me and one for my sister.

Giving a 1 star because I ordered my item about 11 days ago and still haven't received it!! Where on your website does it say shipping will take this long??

I ordered the beige version of this piece for my wife and removed the tag before she got home that day. Granted I am accustomed to my items not normally arriving with tags attached (only what is on the shipping bag), so that part is on me I guess. In short the following issues were wrong with this order: 1). The piece did not fit the dimensions noted in the chart or the reviews, or even her normal size. Per the reviews especially and what my wife normally wears it should have fit but upon trying on the piece it did not fit over her hips well at all and she could not zip it. So in short unless you have a slim hipline go 1 to 2 sizes up. 2). I immediately contacted Customer Service and was told via email that if I was able to return the item that I would have to provide my own return label and pay the shipping fees myself as BodySculptorX would do neither. Apparently the 60 day "No Hassle" return policy was taken from a used car salesman contract. It didn't really matter in the end as I was told without the tag I am stuck with the item anyways even though it was simply tried on or attempted to be tried on. Rather disappointing for an item I had to wait a little over 2 weeks to get. Do not purchase from this company. There are similar options on Amazon and they have an ACTUAL hassle free return policy.
UPDATE:
I must update this review as since the above has transpired, the company has reached out to me and returned the funds I used to purchase this item. I still say the 60 day return policy has some small print that any buyer should review in full first, and that if you are a lady with a fuller hipline you may want to order 1-2 sizes up from your normal size still. Such being the case, customer service has been great in remedying this issue. The garment (even though it is of no use to me) seems to be of a top tier quality in material composition. Due to the quick response of customer service and the quicker remedy for this issue I am upgrading the review to 4 stars.

The agent I worked with throughout my purchase and exchange, while it took longer than I expected, Zezza kept me informed every step of the way. She was not only professional but empathetic with my frustration and changed my feelings. Because of her I would highly recommend Body Sculptor and will continue to be a client!
