Excellent service with data that is gold dust

Had an osteoporosis Dexa scan with Jenna which went very smoothly. The process from booking to receiving the report was very straightforward and Jenna was brilliant. She could tell i was nervous and was able to provide me with my results with empathy a great deal of knowledge and advice on what next steps to take - Highly recommend

Easy to book online, with discounts offered for subsequent follow up scans, and also for referrals. Several reminder emails/texts to make sure I didn't forget. It took me a while to find the new BodyView Richmond site, but maybe that was me - anyway, it had only been open for a few days so everything was shiny and new. The team were helpful and professional, so the scan and debrief took only about 30 minutes. The results were clear and easy to understand, and have given me a great baseline to work with. Worth the investment if you're interested in a gold standard body composition measurement.

I went to BodyView for a VO2 max test recently and honestly it was such a good experience. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but Cait was amazing from start to finish.

She explained everything so clearly, made the whole set-up feel really easy, and had such a calm but positive way about her that instantly put me at ease.

I really appreciated was how knowledgeable she was. She didn’t just run the test, she actually took the time to talk me through what it all meant and how I could use the results for my own training. It felt personal rather than just being another appointment, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure you get the most out of it.

I came away with so much more insight into my fitness, but also just had a really enjoyable session. If anyone is thinking about getting their VO2 max tested, I’d 100% recommend BodyView – and if you’re lucky enough to have Cait run it for you, even better!

This was my first DEXA scan, and we travelled a fair way to Jenna at BodyView for this. Booking in and pre scan was very simple and easy to do. Information supplied pre scan was very good, I read the website info as much as possible to learn what was needed of me, not much! Just some skin tight clothes! Now, being a 60-year-old man, me and skin tight clothes aren't natural buddies! but Jenna didn't laugh at me, although I think my wife might of!

I had an idea of where my body composition was at from various at home measurements of smart scale, callipers and comparison photos online so I already knew what my BMI and body fat levels were going to be. WRONG! I wish, oh how I wished.... I had received one of these body composition scans at the START of my body journey, it would have given me a true starting point overview and I would have come out of todays scan being super happy with this one! So there's a moral there! GET A BODY SCAN at the start! not almost a year into your journey.

So I was pleasantly surprised just how modern and bright and clean the whole experience was. I've only hd NHS previously as a comparison and this was like being at a five star resort in comparison!

Jenna was awesome. You could wish for no more from a host, utterly professional, helpful and made sure I was happy and understood all of my data presented to me on screen and in a takeaway report folder.

So the real acid test questions:
Did I think it was good value for money? yes. I booked the Body compositon scan and 3D body scan.
Would I go back? yes, actually I took advantage of their discount offer and bought two more scans at a big discount to use when I want to book them, one for me as my comparison to this one and one for my wife too, so I can laugh at her in skin tight clothes!

The data you're given is superb. It might not be what you want to see! (its the truth!) I think we all think we're better than we actually are! But that really motivates you to improve a lot for the follow up scan when you want to have it.

So, summary... Easy, simple, clean, professional, helpful, real data and the lovely Jenna.

Just went in for a FatMax test, Jenna was really good, friendly, gave me some excellent advice, test went smoothly, results were better than expected. Very happy! I will be recommending them to all my friends.

I booked a body composition scan as I've recently lost a lot of weight and wanted to see how I was doing particularly in relation to muscle and fat mass. The appointment itself was well run, Jack explained everything that was going to happen. The scan itself didn't take long and the majority of the appointment was explaining the report. Jack gave me plenty of time to ask questions, and go over anything I wasn't clear about. I've come away with a clear action plan on what to do next. I was offered a follow up scan at a discounted rate, but was not pressurised into booking this at all.

Cait was funny yet professional and explained everything before, and after, the test in great detail.

I had a joint appointment and scan with my wife. Jack was friendly and professional and put us both at ease and explained the results on the day clearly, he also followed up with additional information as promised and responded to a subsequent question we had by email.

I have a Dexa scan with Cait at Southampton/Whiteley branch. Scan was quick and easy, then going through the results was extremely insightful and great to be able to talk to an expert about what improvements i can make in my everyday life.

Was a great and insightful experience going to bodyview for one of their packages. I had the dexa scan, RmR and Vo2 max. Cait the lady who looked after me was amazing. Really knew her stuff and was so polite, caring and professional. Can't wait to go back in December and see the progress.
