Well I received the feedback survey but my order was not delivered yet. I placed my order on April 6th. I sent an email to support last week and they said they will check. No reply back since then...
Got it, if it has nothing to do with you, maybe the grade is not correct. But when I selected the carrier on your website it was DHL, not Bpost :(. Therefore DHL gave the package to Bpost or I don't actually get it :(
If I will eventually receive the package, I will change again the grade :(
