Boedelbak, where is my trailer?
I had a very bad experience today with Boedelbak. I was at the designated location in my reservation, but no trailer were to be found. I have pictures to evidence it.
There was also not a counter at the location, only a gas station employee who could not help me. "You should deal with this over the internet".
I've called the support number 0900 0525, but it only works on business hours. Also, there was no English option, unfortunately non-Dutch speakers are left aside.
I've tried the email, but support refuses to issue a refund, as "there were employees in a different location" and my trailer was there. Well, where is that location? How am I supposed to know it?
Very likely I've lost 48 euro. But hopefully people looking for reviews about this company will maybe think twice before renting something from them. I should have done this myself before. Too bad.
