Iwould give Boilerhut top marks. they were so good with advice to help me find the best boiler to suit me and the house we live in. They had my old boiler which was leaking water, out and the new one in with in 4 days. Every one i dealt with was very kind and helpfull.

Everything was ok during installation and commissioning. The boiler is working fine.

WE choose Boilerhut for the very competitive price of the boiler package which included 12 years warranty. Having read reviews from their customers, including also in Trust pilot, Boilerhut inevitably looked to be a good choice to purchase a replacement boiler. We purchased the boiler online, then spoke to Paul from Boilerhut about fitting the boiler.
After carefully considering the all the pros and cons on replacing our 25 year old still poorly working Vaillient BOILER replacement at our house with my wife we decided to purchase, VIESSMANN BOILER, widely popular in Europe but still little known in UK. About the Boiler 👇👇

Uses a stainless‑steel Inox‑Radial heat exchanger, known for long life and high efficiency. Engineers consistently rate Viessmann’s internal components as more premium.
(3) MatriX Burner: A stainless steel burner designed for long service life and low pollutant emissions.
(4) Lambda Pro Control: An internal system that automatically adjusts the air-to-gas ratio to ensure clean and efficient combustion regardless of gas quality. © Vi Engineers consistently rate Viessmann’s internal components as more premium.
(5) (Optional) Vitrol 100E remote thermostat can mirror Viessmann boiler. Does total control remotely through their Vicare app, for hot water, heat temperature, timer programs and their thermostat shows room temperature. WiFi for fault monitoring. This allows the installer lke Boilerhut Premium Partner with Viessmann to monitor the boiler, with Vicare smart app.
(6) Their expert Engineer Anthony came in 3 days time. He arrived at 8am. Sharp. Installed the Boiler by early afternoon. CARRIED out, chemical flush, magnetic system filter, Lime scale protection, hard water filter and also instalied a programmable room stat. Even repaired a small water leak which he noticed though not his job.

From start to finish this job has been botched. Poor quality of gas engineer whom was incapable of an honest days work and certainly was not the specialist in fitting the model of boiler choosen. Following complaints to the company they still refused to change the gas engineer. 2 months later and still no functioning heating or hot water. Customer services have been incredibly difficult to deal with and have been none inclusive for people with disabilities to deal with.

The service was brilliant

Absolutely great company, from first contact with Paul, to completion of the job, was just over a week, never thought that would be possible as we live in the highlands, the guys who came to install our boiler and radiators were great, really polite and tidied up before they left, only been two days but can already feel the difference in the house, highly recommend.

Everything looked ok, if messy, once done, but we found a leak in the cupboard and a hole in the roof for the flue. They came back to fix this so will see. We weren’t happy how the plumber flytipped the radiator we had paid to have removed/recycled.

They were also not willing to make the new radiator tails more tidy, or install an isolator on the magnetic filter which is good practice. Overall, quite untidy work but it was safe I suppose that’s the main thing.

You are also required to sign up to their service agreement or the warranty is void, which is disappointing.

In terms of service, it was ok at first but we came back with some snags and these were met with some hostility and defensiveness. Just minor things like all the TRVs fell off and the leak. These were not personal, just minor things to fix. I would not recommend using them.

The Engineer and the office support were both very efficient and professional in the lead up during and post installation, covering all possible eventualities. Paul was easy to contact and to talk to and helpful and friendly at all times. Thanks, a great all round job !

Price was good, they were easy to work with. The guys showed up early and got the work done quickly.

Engineer that installed the boiler was very thorough, clean, tidy and super helpful. Didnt leave my property until everything was complete and functioning as it should. Quote I had from Boiler hut was competitive and the communication I had from them was very good pre the install. 5* service, would highly recommend.

We needed to get our 30-year-old boiler replaced and used a price-comparison website. This was the first time we'd heard of Boilerhut and their quote was very competitive. Their very nice engineer, Andrew, faced a few challenges allong the way but the pre-agreed price did not change and customer service was excellent throughout. Paul, Ann-Marie and Jeff were very friendly and it felt more like dealing with a small family firm than some big anonymous conglomerate. The new boiler is a fansastic improvement. Big thank you to them!

Job booked in very quickly. Engineer arrived exactly on time and had GasSafe ID ready, as requested. Cheery and convivial throughout.
Boiler fitted neatly and tidily, and in the time slot provided. Room was left clean.
Follow up call was a bonus, especially as BoilerHut will do all the registration work for the new boiler so my 12 year warranty is all set up.

I purchased the boiler online, then spoke to Paul from Boilerhut about fitting the boiler, i took pictures of the old boiler in situ, flue location and radiators, sent the pictures to them, I chose a date for the installation and the gas safe engineer removed the old boiler and replaced it with the new Alpha boiler everything went very smoothly and we now have a lovely working boiler again.
