If your thinking about choosing a company you really have to go with this one , from my first consultation till the very end of completion this company are the best, Kevin and his team were so professional and honestly i am delighted with our new boiler , not to mention how tidy they were, and so polite and friendly, it’s hard to choose the best company to do a big job like this and I feel we chose the best , would happily recommend them to anyone.

After assessment and estimates had new boiler fitted in a day. No mess no fuss. Excellent service.

From first visit from Grant to my installation today everything was spot on. Installer was quick, efficient and tidied up everything when he was finished. Gave me a full explanation of our new Worcester boiler and was first class. Extremely happy with the service we received and would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their boiler. Top marks.

It must get very boring reading the same thing over again. Unfortunately, I am not able to add anything different to this review. As has already been stated repeatedly, from first contact to the final paperwork the new boiler installation has been easy and stressfree. Not to mention a very tidy piece of hoovering!
I would not hesitate to recommend Heatco to anyone who was looking to install a new boiler and special mention must go to Grant and James.

Great service. Work carried out to a high standard and most professionally with full explanations of everything. I am delighted with what has been done: upgraded gas supply piping, new upgraded combiboiler and a new radiator. Very competitively priced for the quality of service. I would not hesitate to recommend based on my experience. We will definitely use HeatCo again. :-)

From the initial visit with Grant, to install by Robbie, it’s been an easy, well informed journey.

A very quick turnaround from quote to install.

The little things on the day of install that make a big difference - the engineer messages with their arrival time, the equipment is delivered just before he arrives and post install courtesy call is made. As a customer, I felt heard, informed and supported.

The connection of the gas meter, install of the boiler and a radiator all went well.
Robbie removed all of the old equipment leaving the building the way he found it.

Excellent company, I can verify all the other 5* reviews on this site are accurate! Fantastic service from start to finish, no hard sell and do things when they say they will. Work was with minimum fuss and finished quickly to a very high standard. Definitely recommend if you need to replace your boiler, you can’t go wrong!

Called this company about my no hot water problem. The response was quick with a home visit the morning of the call. Boiler ancient and leaking badly. I was advised to replace.
The replacement happened a few days later, excellent!
The team who came out were exceptional, polite and courteous. They took great care to explain and seek my opinion on the placement of the boiler which was being relocated. The team worked well together. The installers were knowledge, each working super together as a team doing their own expertise in a well organised manner.
The materials used were of superior quality from the boiler to the wide copper pipes, and timer etc
Fittings and work were very neat and tidy. I was shown until I understood how to work my new system from the timer before they left and given a leaflet on the boiler to keep. I was shown how to top up the boiler and told where the pressure gauge should be.
The payment method was quick and easy. Everything was replaced as it was before the job commenced before they left.
I had one small query the following day which was dealt with immediately.
The prices are very competitive for the system and service they give.
I couldn’t rate this company highly enough if ever I need anything gas related again this will be my go to company.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. I got my survey and price from Kevin and got my appointment booked. James fitted the boiler with no hassle, left the place spotless and got rid of my old boiler and my old cooker. Would recommend this company 100%.

I had made enquiries on-line regarding a new poiler as my "old" one (16yo) was was becoming a bit "temperamental", and I felt that I should deal with this before the winter months come in.

I was contacted by several companies that same morning, which included a man named Grant, from Heat Co,
Scotland Ltd who, from the outset, was very courteous and asked a few questions about the difficulties I was
having with my hot water and CH system. During this short conversation, I had asked Grant if he could visit me at home in order for him to make an assessment of the situation, which he was happy to do the same day.

Following a brief, but very informative, visit to our home. Grant discussed some of the options open to us, and we then went on to discuss the price of a new system, which was less than half the price I had heard through other friends and family, including my own son, who, two years ago, paid twice the price I was quoted, and as we were given a 10 year parts and labour warranty, this was an easy decision for us to make and we
accepted the offer.
Three days later, the job was completed. The fitter arrived at 9.30, and the job was completed 5 hours later, which included removing and taking away the old debunked sytem. The young man, Robbie, who carried out the work, had left the place exactly as he had found it, ie clean and tidy. There was no mess to clean up after him at all, in fact, you would never have known he'd been in the house, other than the fact that we were left with a brand spanking new, and very efficient (and quiet) new and inexpensive CH system. As such, I would fully recommend giving Heat Co Scotland a call if you are having any difficulties with your hot water or central heating....It was one of the best decisions that we have made, and we don't need to worry about it for the next decade at least. Made an online enquiry and Kevin phoned me immediately. Visit was arranged for same day and Grant came out to see my property. No aggressive selling and quote was competitive. New Boiler installed a few days later with no problem. Engineer was professional and polite.
Grant & Kevin took my call anytime and provided all cerificates and warranties immediately work was completed. All very professional and friendly

Got a few quotes for a new boiler after mine broke. Grant came out to price up a new boiler he was very professional in his approach. Was the most competitive with pricing. Install and tidy up took half a day and was all done without disrupting my day which was great. Boiler engineer that installed the boiler was also very professional. Had hive fitted too well worth it. Would definitely recommend heatco.

We needed a new boiler and also had a gas leak in property kevin made us priority as we didnt have hot water or gas to cook gave us great advice on what boiler to buy and what was suitable for our property we agreed and his engineer james was here first thing the following morning to fit boiler and fix gas leak he left the job spotless when he had completed his work cant fault the company as a whole and would highly recommend

Got multiple quotes for a new boiler. Grant came round, felt was very honest on limitations and what benefits each system could provide. By far the most competitive quote. The team where able to run all the pipes where i wanted. Was complete in 1 day, all mess cleared up and really impressed with the result for the power of the boiler, the hive and the entire install. Highly recommend.

Fast, professional and well priced service! Kevin is a good lad, offered me a best price for the boiler with the possibility to take it on interest free finance. Possibly the best service in the area. Had the boiler fitted in 2 days from the initial contact. Highly recommended!

Grant came and checked our faulty boiler the next day after we contacted Heat Co. Before he left we had a printed quote for the supply and fitting of a replacement.
We were offered a date for fitting in less than a week.
James, the installer, arrived on time with all the required material. He carried out clean and tidy installation during which he carried out all the necessary safety checks. Before he left we had a copy of the Gas Safe certificate.
The details of the 10 year guarantee were emailed within 24 hours.
A good job from start to finish and I would recommend them everyone.
