I was in a pickle, no hot water and an old combi boiler which was toast. I called Kevin and he came out the same day and priced for supply and installation of a new unit with costing options . The install was carried out by an experienced fitter - Steven - in a very calm and professional manner with thermostat , warranty and general care and guidelines explained until I understood . Thank you Steven , and Kevin . Good job well done ! I would happily recommend your services to anyone in my predicament. 10/10 .

I was looking for a new boiler as my boiler Brooke down on Wednesday the day after I phone some people I got put on to heatco Scotland and Kevin said he would come in the Thursday afternoon and looked. I was happy with the quote he gave and before I asked him a date he said He could fit me in on the Friday and I was happy to get the new boiler put in and I left him as I was working and when I finished he was finished Kevin was ready good at the quote and service and showing how it all worked so I would be recommending him and I am also getting more jobs and service done by him thanks Kyle 😊

I needed a new boiler fast. Kevin visited me on a Sunday which was much appreciated and my new boiler was fitted that week by Brian, his colleague and Kevin.They arrived right on time and were friendly and professional with no mess. Brian explained how the boiler worked and was very informative. Communication was great between phone and text. Highly recommend.

**Very Bad Experience**
After looking at many positive reviews.. I have decided to book survey for my old Boiler Replacement with Kevin and his team . After visit to property he gave the quote and asked me to check with housing association for condensate pipe work to be carried out externally if not he suggested they need to take flooring and put back on after installing condensate pump to bath waste ..He quoted an additional charge for condensate pump installation internally to bath waste .I have agreed for that extra 500£ for internal condensate pipe work and booked the installation .On the Installation day , Adam and other person arrived on time around 8 am in the morning and asked me to switch off the gas and water connection to carry out the Job and Later after around 30-40 minutes they went out and received call from Kevin stating we need to hold on fire as this required re-survey .

Kevin provided a quick, professional and great value for money boiler installation. He was also very helpful with some other plumbing issues. Would highly recommend the company
