Engineer arrived bang on time and called to let us know he was on his way. He was very friendly, got on with the job and happy to answer any questions I had. Great customer service as I have got used to being provided by Boilers R Us!

Booked an annual Boiler Service - we agreed a time and date and their engineer arrived within the agreed slot and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We called Boilers R Us for a quote for a repair on the Monday, to say our boiler was old would be an understatement. Duane came out to offer a quote on the Friday as arranged and was very honest about the costs involved in repairing said boiler. We decided to go with a replacement as it would be more cost effective and efficient for us.

As the weather was due to drop, it was paramount the works were done as soon as possible and the girls in the office couldn’t have been more helpful about arranging an appointment for two days later, on the Sunday. Our engineer, Ollie contacted the day before to confirm he would be with us at 8:30am and arrived on the dot! He was friendly and reassured us that everything would be finished within the day. Throughout the installation our engineer was polite, tidy and cleared up as he worked, he didn’t stop! By 3pm, we had a new boiler, hot water and warm radiators!!

I couldn’t recommend this company any more highly, they’ve been a pleasure to deal with and I am confident that should we need them again, our experience will be just the same (hopefully only for a yearly service!)

One of the best things is that it was so easy to get in touch with Boilers R Us to sort out any minor issues as they are just down the road and I could call in - no hanging around waiting for a human to come onto the phone. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful, efficient and polite.

Our old boiler was 22 years old, so had done good service. However it stopped providing any heating, although the hot water was fine. They visited us within a couple of days, analysed the problem, but in view of the boilers age it wasn’t economical to repair it, so we opted for a new Valliant boiler. It was fitted by Dean a few days later. We were impressed with his polite and professional behaviour, everything was tidied up by him and he guided us on how to use the Hive that was fitted as part of the package. Would recommend them for boiler replacement.

I had a leak in my boiler and they came out with an hour to fix it.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone either looking for a new boiler or maintenance on your boiler.

I called boilers r us after I tried to get in contact with my usual boiler specialist but he was unresponsive. They managed to fit a new 3 port valve next day and was super impressed with the punctuality and efficiency of the specialist. Would use again in the future.

I called Boilers R US after seeing some advertisements on local fb groups. Booking was easy and they were very flexible. While on the call I asked the lady of the company could give us some advise about other services once they were here. The first person came ( sorry I can't recall his name) was polite and quickly started the job. He gave us some honest advice and we booked in the other services we knew we needed. Dean came the following week to complete the job. Dean was very polite and professional. He completed all the jobs and even kept the area clean. He informed us about what he had completed and showed us how to programme the new timer. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for work done on their boiler. Our boiler is like new and working better than when it was first fitted.

Boilers R Us are reliable and would definitely recommend them. Old gas boiler removed and new electric boiler installed quickly and efficiently - engineers Louai and David were very polite and cleaned everything up once they’d completed.

Engineer Louai is a conscientious worker who knows his job & works non stop throughout.
He is a very polite person & if I needed an engineer again I would want Louai.
