Stay away from Boklok!

Words can't describe how terrible this company is. We moved into their Boklok on the Brook development over three years ago, and they still haven't finished the site, which they promised would be done in one year of moving in.

Playgrounds remain closed, yet we are paying for their maintenance in our service charge.

The worst of it is that they have not handed over the two resident management companies that were promised to us on sale to allow us control of the management of the blocks and estate, and due to this, FirstPort have been allowed to take over as the management agent under Boklok's watch. I think there might be some backhanded deals happening here as they now seem to be using them on their other developments. Since then, we have found out that two of the block buildings weren't even insured for the past 2 years, even tho residents have been paying for it in their service charge. Service charges have increased dramatically ever since FirstPort came in.

We have been fighting Boklok for years now to get rid of FirstPort, as they still are not willing to hand over the RMCs we are entitled to. We even found them a replacement that the majority of residents wanted to go with, but they keep coming up with new and elaborate delay tactics or excuses.

If you see anything about Boklok and their Flat 'Crap' housing, I would stay away; they will trap you and ruin your life.

Very unprofessional.

All we are asking is for better communication and transparency on what’s going on at Boklok by the construction site phase 2 in Worthing. U.K.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! It sounds big company but in reality unprofessional and they don’t deliver what they claim.
I bought radhus in one of their projects in Örebro,moved in Dec 2023.
You don’t get exactly what you see in the viewing. Attaching some pics . and their argument that they are saving cost without prior notification.

I have problem with heating system since Jan, but yet it has not been fixed although I created a ticket since then with a lot of emails and phone calls back and forth! Moreover, I created a ticket for a problem with one door and I got the response that this may take up to 6 months to come and check the problem since is not urgent. However, it has been already 4 month with an urgent heating issue with no fix yet!!!???

i.e. bathroom cabinets were shorter/ smaller than what we’ve seen and installed very high than the normal person length. See pic attached. Had to pay 1000 kr to specialist technician to get them lower.

Goten the monthly electricity bills this month and realized that they have increased the prices about 70% without prior notification although Got to know last month that they have a contract with electricity provider in fixed price for this year which was not so cheap!!!

Very poor customer service on top of everything.
