Scam run a away!!! I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to give a star. Lesson learned lost £55. Stay well clear.

As other users have said, this site is a scam and should of been banned as I also ordered items that never came.

Ordered placed 18.12.24, today 20.1.25 still not delivered, send over 5 email to them, no reply....1 star review it's just to much as they don't deserve it.

I cant believe I fell for it. Paid over £55 by paypal, then got an email asking if I'd had a problem with payment and they'd give me 20% off if I paid within a certain time......big red flag...tried to contact them, no chance. PayPal invoice said payment made to Rene Sepulveda.....so glad I used PayPal as they were so good, gave me a refund but so annoyed I was taken in by these scammers. They are still online, still scamming, how do they get away with it when they've been reported. AVOID AVOID AVOID just wish I had read these reviews before I fell into their trap. They are the lowest of the low. People complain about vermin in the street etc and steps are taken to get rid of them but these people are worse than that but still allowed to continue scamming and stealing money from innocent people.

Not even 1 star as it’s a scam shop! I’m ashamed that I haven’t check them before ordering. Place an order for 46.06 after couple of hours they charge another 7 pound and its was on 11th of December but still didn’t receive my order basically they didn’t even reply the emails. It’s a scam and I will report them where ever I can.

Scam stay away hundreds off pounds spend had me confided it was real store..

Absolute scam my poor 13 year old daughter wanted to surprise me for my birthday after a tough year and got blaintenly scammed vile people who do this disgusting should be ashamed of your selves!!! guess what it's getting taken further!! It will not be getting left

BOLDDECOR.SHOP …. Absolute scam .. do not use , do not use … do your homework .not even 1 star . ask yourself - it’s too cheap for a reason - because it doesn’t exist. Online scammer .. will take your initial money purchased and then add extra £7 to it without knowledge .. for no reason other than to extract more money out of you . There are no contact details .. Saul Jacobs appeared on my PayPal invoice . I suspect every purchase gets a random name in the invoice - they do not exist !!! You have been warned - luckily PayPal are very good and agreed refund !!

They need stopped!!!!!
Don't try buying anything. If you have tried. Phone your provider immediately and get your card stopped and replaced. These scams are getting more and more sophisticated. They could be cloning your card too. Beware I'm on your case and I will find you!!!!!

This store is falsely selling electrical and other goods targeting a UK audience. It looks like the same company who also falsely trade as specialsale, legendlondon and thegiftnest - they set up false email addresses and provide a sophisticated website with heavy discounts. Such companies need to be reported as scam

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and I urge others to stay away. This place is nothing but a scam shop! I placed an order, but I've never received an email confirmation – not even a message to acknowledge my purchase. The only contact method they provide is a generic Gmail address, which is extremely unprofessional and raises serious red flags.
I attempted to pay through PayPal, thinking it would offer some level of security, but even that didn’t help me. After I completed the payment, they ghosted me completely. No tracking information, no updates, nothing. It’s clear they’re just trying to lure customers in with unbeatable deals that are too good to be true.
If you’re considering buying from this shop, I strongly advise against it. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish!

do not buy anything from this seller website looks ok but when you mail them though it says 24/7 customer service no reply please keep far away from it i have in formed pay pal and asked them to black list them on there site so no one can pay via them hopefully if they do might just save other people the trouble of sorting it all out to try and get payment refunded
