Ordered a product on February 4th its February 25th. I haven’t received my item it states processing still. I emailed customer service to cancel and refund the order over a week ago and no reply or refund!!! Googled, because at this point I’m thinking it’s a scam!!!! Don’t order from this low rated non responsive site!

Buyer beware! I ordered a specific brand of castor oil and was sent a completely different brand without being notified. I paid using PayPal and notified them of the bait-and -switch. They contacted the seller about the issue. The company requested that I return the item and upload a receipt. I didn’t have time to deal with this annoyance so I decided to forfeited $12 and they lost a customer. That was sneaky bold-products.
Amazing prices on hair growth products, including the laser hair cap. I tried a couple of laser hair growth caps from other websites, including the one that costs 1,200$ ... which died on my around the 1-year mark. Since I saw great results and did not want to pay that much again, I opted for the Bold Pro Laser Hair Cap...
