Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful. However, I had to return my item that I purchased on line and as a result, I lost €12.00 on this transaction. I recently had to return another item to a shop in Dublin and all postage both ways was paid. I would be reluctant to buy on line from you again on account of this. Thank you for your help.
