I’d had a few of the Bol pots before but tried the Indian black daal three days before Christmas (firstly it tasted extremely bland) - but much worse, it gave me horrific food poisoning. I know it was that because it was the only thing I ate for my dinner that evening and two hours after eating I was violently ill for 24 hours. It took a whole week for me to fully recover and it ruined my Christmas. Will never purchase again. I did email Bol customer services with all the packaging details etc and they apologised and said they will investigate, but please be warned. I have never been so ill and this could have been dangerous for someone elderly, pregnant or already of ill health.

Bought the Indian Black Daal - it was honestly one of the most bland and disappointing daals I have ever eaten.

I threw out most of it as it definitely did not taste "creamy, rich and spiced" and the pulses were undercooked. I really wouldn't recommend it.

I've been consuming Bol shakes and soups for a while and have always loved them, but recently i bought six shakes, three peanut butter and three vanilla directly from Bol and they were "rotten" when opened. The shake stank like petrol mixed with vomit and was lumpy instead of smooth. They had been taken straight from the box and put into the refrigerator. I'm scared to buy any again they are so expensive as it is. They've now stopped delivering and I wonder if this is one of the reasons. Such a shame.

I have tried and enjoy a number of BOL products, however, I just tried the garden pea and spinach protein soup, and it was so horribly minty. It tasted like hot toothpaste. The mint overpowered every other flavour.

I tried the katsu curry OMG.ABSOULTLY LOVE it served with basmati rice,very filling

I love the Bol products in particular the vanilla, oat and almond power shake and the pea and spinich protein soup. 😍 I love that the products are all vegan, contain no nasty additives and only have naturally occurring sugars. Another plus is the shakes and soups come in glass bottles which can be fully recycled.

I had Covid in March for the first time and was struggling to eat but the power shakes and soups were so convenient, easy to consume, tasted amazing and gave me lots of vitamins, nutrients and protein which is very much needed and important when you are recovering from illness.

Thank you Bol Team for producing these amazing products at such a good price. They are currently in our local Tesco at 2 for £5.50 which is unbelievable value for such quality products. 😯

I absolutely loved the vanilla oats and almond shake and consumed it everyday. However, I think you recently diluted it and it lost its great taste. Shame

If you EVER stop selling the vanilla almond shake I'll have a breakdown! I LOVE your products, and ordering from the website is amazing, every single time my order turned up the next day, perfectly packed and cold and I love you so much. I'm on an intermittent fasting, lower carb diet for my illness and the soups and shakes have made it so easy AND I've lost weight! I understand that the flavours may not be for everyone, but they work for me! Seriously, don't hesitate to use BOL,they rule!

I am a homemade soup only eater. I find premade soups either tasteless or have a weird taste from the preservatives. But away camping I could not make my own so bought BOL soup. I really liked it, it was really tasty. I would definitely buy again for my camping trips and maybe even for a little convenience at home.

Today I tried the Bol chocolate and peanut butter power shake. My veridct is that it is absolutely disgusting and a complete rip off to.
Huel is soo much nicer and better value!

Do not buy!

It is worth trying on those who do not know about them and you will see you always! It's fresh and healthy!

Far too much white potato in the Indian tikka masala! These did not cook through very well when microwaved and took up a third of the pot when discarded! At a cost of £3.45 (Tesco), I found the product overpriced, underwhelming and a waste of my money!

I love the Red Pepper power soup for lunch and eat it with some bread most days. Its super healthy, helps me get more protein and I don't feel sluggish in the afternoon like I do if I eat other foods or sandwiches so helps me power through at work!

We used to buy 2 each of most flavours weekly and could rely on the quality. Not any more, in recent months the quality has taken a nose dive. First the flavour of the pea and spinach changed to bland and off-putting. The pepper and tomato has become watery, as when you pour it into the pan and wait a few minutes for it to get to room temperature (as we always have done), water pools around the edge. The last couple have had chunks of green tomato! The corn and sweet potato has lost it's subtle flavours and comes out like blancmange. I did email months ago and request a call as I'm disabled and much typing is painful, and haven't heard back. I shall now go back to my previous brand...

Being a meat eater, I always thought I would be missing something, if my meal wasn’t a meat dish, but after trying Bols amazing meals, I am now loving 100% plant-powered meals, with the odd meat dish here and there! Today I had your delicious Spanish smoky butter bean stew! Not only did it smell great while it was cooking, but tasted fabulous too, with a slightly hot kick too from the chilli peppers!
With so much goodness packed into this one meal, I won’t need another meal for awhile! Who knew plant based foods could taste so good!!

The Pea and Spinach soup is absolutely incredible! Perfect for the colder winter days, and great for lunch and dinner, I can't believe it has 18g of protein! and the 3 of my 5 a day was a great bonus, will definitely be buying again - excellent product from BOL

These products speak for themselves.. try and you will see. Massive fan of the shakes full of goodness and great for someone like myself who is gluten intolerant and don’t like eating crap even on the go. They did Had few issues getting them on the shelf’s regularly but have continued to communicate and be very helpful indeed. I cannot express how much I love these products and what the company stands for.
