The BOL Veg parts are excellent, really filling, tasty and good for you. Have a go if you haven't tried them before, to paraphrase Marx and Engels " lunch eaters of the world unite, you have nothing to lose except boring lunches"

I have tried SO MANY of their products and they’ve always been AMAZING.

Full of veggies, full of flavour, healthy, quick and easy and so so convenient.

Sometimes readymeals can be a bore, bland, uninteresting and lacking in veggies - BOL take readymeals to the next level!

Tasty and healthy? What’s not to love???

Got two of the Bol products, the first a chicken soup that tasted ok. Wouldn’t bother buying it again.

The second product was the Power shake, chocolate and the peanut butter. It is hard ti describe exactly how bad it tastes but chocolate with old socks feels right. The texture is almost like dehydrated soup, when it hit the back of my throat it made me gag.

For the love of everything holy stop selling this product.

Wonderful tasty healthy and quick to prepare I will certainly buy again and recommend to others!

The Thai green veg curry pot is simply excellent. So tasty, and a real meal in one. Certainly not boring veggie food!

I recently discovered "Bol Posh Noodles Thai Aromatic Charcoal Noodles" after my sister said She tried them. I was so intrigued, I bought a pot of these noodles. Wow, they are absolutely delicious, I simply can't wait to buy some more.

I found the Bol Power Shake (Colombian Coffee, Banana and Cinnamon) a fantastic product. I came across it in Sainsbury’s fresh from a kayak, climbing and wild camping trip along the Northumberland coastline. I regularly use the gym and the outdoors so this is a fantastic go-to for me as a meal and generally to accompany some of my trips. I like the thinking that's gone into the re-use packaging and found the label-information very nutritionally helpful. I also appreciated that a lot of thinking seems to have gone into the ingredients and it is a hybrid between a drink and a meal - very cool!
Vive Bol! I'd definitely wear their t-shirt.

Such incredible food! We first discovered the Bol cauliflower Caesar salad in hospital when I had just given birth to my baby 7 months ago in lockdown. The fresh salad literally saved my life then! And now I’m trying the hot pots and meals and they are just SO good. I have zero time as running around after the tiny guy so being able to have something fast and tasty and good for me is amazing. First time tasting the cauliflower tikka one today and nearly cried with how good it is. Thank you 💚💚

Tasty and nutritious soups, salads, shakes, and more. I am a busy mom of 2 boys in the 1st year of launching a new business so knowing that my Ocado delivery bought healthy BOL lunches for the week is a weight off my mind. I love the roasted red pepper, tomato and lentil soup as well as the cauli caesar salad. The food is very tasty and comes in good packaging that can be used again for other things should you wish. Well done team BOL my family and I are all looking forward to seeing what's next in your product range :-)

I have tried a number of their different foods and have thoroughly enjoyed all of them. Fresh vegetables and fresh ideas. My favourite has to be the Indian spiced Butternut Squash centrepiece, delicious.

I simply love Laksa. Be it Malay, Singapore, Thai, Chicken, Seafood, Tofu, Veggie... it doesn't matter what version or style, I've had oodles of this noodle delight over the years.

I purchased your new BOL Creamy Malaysian laksa ramen therefore with great expectation and had it for lunch today. I regret to report that I was disappointed. Although the vegetables were great, the flavour wasn't remotely close to any laksa I'd ever had before - sadly lacking in any umami (to coin the phrase) it was, I dunno, just plain "bland". To be honest I don't seem to be very successful in finding any truly authentic tasting Sth East Asian products in the UK - the Vietnamese Pho on sale here is similarly forgettable! Not your fault of course, but there seems to be a misguided trend and, well, it's a shame...

Working on the front line, I have struggled to prepare nutritious and low fat lunches. I found Bol pots recently and have had them almost every work day since! They are affordable, tasty, convenient, filling, count towards my 5-a-day and are full of natural ingredients. Thanks :)

I wanted them to be good, I signed up for a powershake subscription and although a day late it was fine, well packaged and good quality. Since then a rapid decline. A day later I received an email saying that they were removing two items from the range without notice and I had to cancel the subscription, I did so. I modified my sub to be lunch only because they no longer sold a non-coffee based breakfast, this was not ideal but I accepted it as there was no obvious competing provider.

Nearly two weeks later that new sub has not arrived despite being paid for, they have no phone number to contact, one email was replied to but no dispatch still, so I cancelled my sub and two days later their systems reinstated that sub without my permission and took more money, yet still no product dispatch of the previous order let alone another. I find it very hard to trust a company that acts like this, I am extremely disappointed across the board.
This is about nutrition and as such they need to be reliable, so far they have been anything but.

I hope that I am an unfortunate unique case.

I bought the Malaysian Laksa Curry to try Vegan food for the first time. I honestly thought this was going to be boring. How wrong I was - Delicious, superb quality with diverse & interesting ingredients. Thanks Bol - I can now access truly healthy food without the hassle of having to source all the ingredients & cook it myself!

Incredible food. Tasty, genuinely nutritious and honest food. I was blown away by how easy it was to heat in the over.

Not only that but they have made such an effort to make eco friendly packaging!

Wonderful products

We love Bol ready meals because they are actually healthy (not pretend healthy), are vegetarian, (but not full of "fake meat" just actually full of vegetables) and are tasty. The carb content is well controlled and usually whole grain. Also, super convenient!
