Love the comfort en elegance of my new sofa! The delivery went very quick even though it as a little bit of a hassle (annoying staircase). Thanks to the skilled delivery guys of Oranje Transport we managed get my sofa inside. I’m sure I will love it for many years!

Very poor customer service. Yesterday I called to move the delivery to another day ,because of my work, just after receiving a SMS and I had on the phone a very rude person.
Normally I should receive a call or email for me to confirm the delivery date. Specially considering that I order the items one month ago and that's the way that works with other competitors.
For the price paid and the value of the brand customers should be treated with much more respect.
I will think twice before to buy again in Bolia

The service was excellent. At the store, we went over every aspect of the product. The interior designer made sure it was a great fit to our home and lifestyle. Delivery time was sufficiently short, and the delivery service was punctual and very efficient. The product is excellent in every detail. Really happy with our purchase!

I paid for the lift but the delivery guys didn’t even know I requested a lift. They just left the boxes inside of the house and were planning to leave until I said I requested lift. For the furniture I paid a lot, the delivery gave me the feeling like I bought from IKEA. It was disappointing. I was expecting a proper delivery and proper installation. Not only box delivery. This really changed my thoughts about Bolia.

I am still waiting for feedback based on a question I sent on 23 January 2023. This is after giving up waiting for customer service to answer the phone. After spending thousands of euros at Bolia, one would expect better service.

Bolia arranged all the delivery for me! No problem in having the sofa customised. There has been no problem in bringing upstairs the sofa and the assembly went without problem.

Very happy with the sofa purchase: we can tell for the sofa choice (i made a lot of research and reading on the website first) but the lady in Utrechtstraat was so helpful and passionate about interior decoration that it was a very enjoyable moment.
We were stressed with the delivery and it went like a breeze: on time, polite, cleaning all packing material, absolutely loved it.

Now onto testing the sofa through the wonders of life with kids!

We bought a customised leather armchair at Bolia and were very presently surprised that they actually respected the expected delivery time announced when ordering to a tee. This is rare enough to be mentioned. Indeed, previously, we had attempted to order a leather armchair with 2 other companies and systematically there were months of delay in the delivery thus we had to cancel. Very satisfied with the customer service of Bolia. The armchair looks stunning and leather seems of great quality, time will tell if it is but so far we are happy

We ordered a couch that we loved at the shop. Soon after it arrived at our place, it started cracking -- only 10 days. We didn't expect such poor quality for a 6K couch. So, we requested a return and refund of the product. The customer service was helpful in issuing the return, but then for the refund, they were not informative. We have to call them several times to make sure they refunded ours to the right account. But then, when the refund eventually happened, we realized that the total amount is not refunded. I'm still going to call them to see why it is less, but it seems that the delivery fees are deducted. I have a question for Bolia: if I'm a disappointed customer because of low quality, why should I still pay for the delivery of this item that I waited so long to get? I think it's clear how frustrated we are, having waited for weeks to get our new couch, and now we have nothing to sit on and have to wait weeks for a new couch. On top of this, we lose ~150 Euros on delivery costs on something that's not our fault.
UPDATE: I contacted customer service, and they handled the case professionally. They refunded the delivery costs, and I'm yet to return the protection sprays for a full refund. Even though we've had this unfortunate experience, we're happy with how the customer service was handled. From the moment we complained about the issue with had over the phone and how they arranged a pick up quickly to when I followed up over email for the delivery costs. So I'm giving a 3-star rating for the top customer service.

I ordered two sofas (one sofa bed and one standard sofa). They were delivered very late, nearly one month after the promised date. The delivery company refused to put the sofas together, even though Bolia promises delivery + installation. We attached the legs ourselves on these very heavy pieces of furniture.
Quality: the sofas are OK, but rather uncomfortable. The fabric looks wrinkly and the cushions don’t sit even. Sitting across the room, I can see the metal springs of the sofa bed under the cushions. For this premium price, I expected a premium design. Sadly it’s quite a disappointment.

Thanks for your help Bolia. So far so good... I bought a sofa and got a 9 week delivery time. Sofa was delivered right on time to they day, no hassle. Delivered to my house and unpacked in place in my sitting room.
Product seems to be good quality... I'll come back in 10 years and tell you.
I tested the fabric they use by dipping samples in tea, red wine and balsamic vinegar... seems to come almost clean.
I wanted a non-feather based sofa and this was one of the few places that make good ones.
