The staff was warm and welcoming
The staff was warm and welcoming. Annija offered suggestions and ideas that were very helpful. There wasn't a great sense of pressure just a pleasant shopping environment.

Worse experience ever VENEDA SOFA PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS ARE MISLEADING
Worse experience ever. From the payment process, where the full amount was charged upfront instead of the agreed 50%, until the final product.
WATCH OUT! The pictures of the wood leg in the middle of the Veneda sofa shown on the website are FALSE, instead of wood legs you get black metal legs with a screw in it that is highly visible, ugly. The answer? ‘Apologies for the disappointment but it is what it is, not possible to change because it is manufactured with metal leg.’ WHAT? What is shocking: the customer ‘CARE’ response says that the product states that it comes with metal leg, which is NOT TRUE, I had to download the manual and factsheet on their own website to show the wood legs are clearly described as items to be delivered. They should know better than the customer!!
You wait 5 weeks to receive your expensive sofa based on MISLEADING PICTURES AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION and get an answer like that?
What a Shame!

Good online service. Emma was quick to respond and help us purchase an outlet lamp for our new kitchen. Although, when we went to the store we had hoped to get more time with someone to look at other pieces we would like for our kitchen, they seemed busy.

Where beautiful design meets excellent customer service
I cannot recommend Bolia NL highly enough. Their furniture is beautifully designed, but what truly sets them apart is their outstanding customer service.
I experienced an issue with a sofa I had ordered. The problem was through no fault of Bolia, yet their team took my concerns seriously. They listened carefully, were incredibly friendly and professional, and worked with me to find the perfect solution. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
