The two marble tables unacceptable
Well, we are here once again. The two replacement tables AGAIN have unacceptable faults on the marble surface. Photos will be winging their way to Bolia. I said last time you had once chance. However, my wife likes the design and has asked you are given a last chance. Your shops do not display tables with faults - I have checked - so get you quality control up to speed for deliveries to customers. At present your company does not seem to have any worthwhile quality control.
The two marble tables have unacceptable marks on the surface. These will be returned and you have one chance to get it right. I spent the last year sending back numerous oak dining chairs, two lots of leather dining chairs, two dining tables and a side board.
i will be sending a written response to the e mail with the receipt and will enclose photos.

I have submitted a quality complaint to Bolia customer service about the poor quality of the chair we purchased. The fabric on the chair is loose and looks used - this was not the case in the model we tested in store.

I wasn't told what the opening times of the pickup point are and wasn't aware that it was closed most days of the week. I went there on a Friday, luckily there was an employee there who was able to help me.
