I still have no clue what happened with my order and none from Bolia has told me . I’ve paid for some products and got a verification email. I went to collect from the store 5 days later and I was told that they they don’t have my products yet at the store and that they will contact me soon to go back and then pick up. 3-4 days later I am receiving an email that my order was returned back and I am now requested to leave feedback. That’s very disappointing since I like a lot this brand and I have been a customer for a long time.

I ordered a table (New Mood Matbord Rund) and 6 chairs which arrived today. Assembling the table was beyond horrible. Holes are not properly made and you need special tools for woodwork in order to assemble a piece. It feels like a cheap Jysk experience where parts don't fit. I expected more for the price I paid.
This is the last time I buy anything from Bolia. Definitely won't recommend this store to anyone.

I visited the stockholm store, ordered a sofa, which will be delivered to me in a few weeks:
Staff: met two staff. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Furniture: Nice. I have done purchases from Bolia before, and have the experience that Bolia keeps supporting you in case somethings show up after the purchase as well.
Delivery: Bolia charges (a premium fee!!) for the delivery of the purchased articles. I understand that it helps them to avoid the general carriers and therefore provide a higher quality of shipping. however, I think that Bolia needs to cover the shipping costs.
I was very much about to give 4 star due to delivery charge, but only because the staff were very nice in my visit, I do give 5 full stars. However, I keep hoping that Bolia gets back to me and lets me know that they cover the shipping costs for my last purchase.

We had an issue with a leg on our 5-year-old solid oak Bolia table. We sent the receipt and some images and they were incredibly responsive, respectful and helpful. We just received the replacement part and installed it without issue. Bolia understands the value of honoring its commitment to quality products and treats customers in a respectful and trusting manner. Keep up the great work Bolia, it bodes well for your long term future and certainly retains me as a customer and recommender of your products.

Purchased grace table, two benches and chairs. Everything was as expected except for the table. The table had been poorly sanded with numerous rough patches. Bolia have so far rejected my complaint. The issue could be dealt with so simply by having them send someone to even out the sanding.

These five stars are for Bolia’s staff in Malmö. Maja Davidsson gave such a nice service on the phone. After the call within few minutes she sent me a email with all the options I was considering. It was her idea. More then every thing she was very pleasant to talk to. She was not in a hurry - gave her full attention to all my questions.
Today I went to the shop and met Carolina Molin. She did absolutely the same. Besides welcoming with a BIG smile she within seconds placed all the options infront of me and gave me the time I needed to sit and feel the chairs. I normally don’t share my experience. But good and genuine service has become so rare these days, so I had to.
Not so many stars to the website. It doesn’t show the sale price.
We have ordered plenty of furniture from Bolia and the quality is exceptional. Some representatives at the store are more helpful than others, but overall we are very happy with our experience. Delivery time is long but it is understandable for the quality of furniture and pretty average if compare with other similar stores. Delivery went very well, no remarks. We will continue buying from Bolia for sure.

I ordered two lamps in the outlet store…when I picked them up they were carelessly packed/thrown in a moving box. No foil or paper to protect them… they have scratches all over now, which are obviously the result of transport and careless handling. I expected a different service, since the lamps where still quite expensive! Never again!

Unfortunately the delivery didn't work as planned. Yo ya should in now that people gets ready for the new furniture to arrive 😜
I hope the delivery of my bed frame doesn't get delayed again or I will be sleeping on the floor even longer.
