We were selling an apartment to a friend, so we required only basic, formal legal support to complete the transaction. Hassan was assigned to assist us with the documentation. Unfortunately, our experience was highly disappointing.

Throughout the process, Hassan repeatedly missed agreed deadlines for submitting necessary documents to the buyer’s lawyer. Moreover, the contract he prepared contained multiple errors. The deal only proceeded thanks to the high level of trust between myself and the buyer; both our financial advisors and the buyer’s lawyer expressed serious concern over the number and nature of the mistakes, which they ultimately had to overlook to avoid further delays.

Additionally, despite my explicit instruction not to request any additional documents from the state archive—an action that would incur extra fees—Hassan proceeded to do so. He then attempted to bill me for the additional cost and, after I refused to pay, sought payment from the buyer’s lawyer several months later.

This level of service was far below what one should expect from a professional legal advisor, even in a straightforward case like ours. I cannot recommend Hassan's services based on this experience.

Great support all the time when purchasing an apartment

We needed a lawyer for our first house and ended up with BoligPartner and are very happy about that choice. There is a lot that you have to think of buying a house and Ditte could guide us through the complex process. And when you think you thought about everything they will come up with more relevant and important things! Very helpful and satisfying!

We have received guidance from Ditte throughout the first part of the process of buying our house. She's been very easy to communicate with, answering emails super quickly and clarifying all questions that came up for us — no matter how silly. She also ensured we had access to future information we'll need when further building to the house we bought and that we always had a good overview of the process and where we were at.
Louise took over for Ditte after the purchase had been confirmed and guided us through the final stages of the process, also replying to emails and phone calls promptly and clarifying all questions that came up.
The process isn't over yet, as we haven't received the deed and will still need to wait about a month before any deductions are settled, but so far we can easily say we've been more than happy with their work; it has certainly exceeded our expectations. It has no doubt been a valuable investment.
On that note, it was also very nice to know from the get-go how much we'd be spending on rådgivning, no unpleasant surprises added to the bill :)
