Boligogflyt Reviews

5 stars from us - we can definitely recommend Bolig og Flyt to anyone who needs professional work done on their apartment/house.

We worked with Modi to renovate our apartment in Søborg (new building), before our move-out inspection and we had a very good experience. We compared several
companies and Modi‘s offer/pricing, combined with a very pleasant first meeting, was by far the best. Communication was always very friendly and reliable. Modi is easy to talk to, was always available for our (many) questions and kept us updated throughout the process.

As we had already moved abroad by the time of the final inspection, Modi handled the entire handover with our landlord on our behalf, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

The quality of the work was excellent, and the apartment was handed over without a single complaint from the landlord. (Our landlord has a reputation for being extremely strict and looking for every possible reason to withhold tenants’ deposits.)

If you’re looking for someone you can genuinely trust to take care of your apartment before moving out, Bolig og Flyt is an excellent choice.

Very good service . We almost got our deposit back. Good communication and service

I have user the services for renovating my rental apartment to get the deposit back. They repaired, painted, sand floors and clean everything. We managed to get all deposit back from the rental company

I’m very happy with the service and will definitely recommended

I used modi company to move out of an apartment in Valby (Ingrid Marievej) .
Everything was really good , he understood it perfectly and took control. Everything at the inspection went smoothly and no defect was found.
Regarding price also , I had a word with around 5-6 companies and he was the cheapest. Totally recommended

I had a wonderful experience with the company. I was helped with moving my stuff to a new place and preparing my old apartment for inspection. They painted, cleaned, and made sure that everything was in place for the inspection.

I got my entire deposit back. I would highly recommend them.

We had really really good experience with boligogflyt.dk. They were on time, fast, super helpful and always answering to all our questions fast. I am glad that boligogflyt.dk was my parner in moving activities.

5/5 stars

We had a very positive experience with the company. From the beginning, we received a quick and honest assessment of the condition of our apartment, located in Vestamager and managed by the large company “B.”

After the evaluation and receiving the quote, we decided to work with Bolig og Flyt because, in addition to offering a competitive price, they provided a written guarantee of the full return of our deposit.

Another advantage was that we were able to entrust them with our apartment and the necessary repairs without our supervision, as we had to move out of the country. They attended the inspection together with our representative and made small adjustments on the spot based on the inspector’s remarks, issues that, although minor, can still be deducted from the deposit.

In the end, everything turned out as expected, and we will receive our full deposit back.

I couldnt make a better choice to pick bolig&flyt
Fast and respectful approach..house was fully renovated in 3,5 days because i couldn't leave my appartment earlier than that..great communication and skills..
Strongly suggested

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Modi and his team. They fulfilled their commitments completely and on time. We did not encounter any issues. We would like to work with them again in the future.

Very good and super fast service provided by Modi and his team at a competitive price.

Good service, no notes from the owner agency during the move out inspection.

Very good and professional service. The wall painting and floor sanding was very good, also the overall care and cleanliness of the apartment was above expectations. Because of their work I was able to get all my deposit back.

He’s my go-to from now on. From the first message he was caring, helpful, and flexible with my schedule. The apartment was in rough shape—scratched floors, a damaged kitchen countertop, door dents, and stained walls with sticker residue. He handled everything quickly and professionally, kept me updated, and delivered exactly as promised.
The final inspection went smoothly (just 15 min) and I received a full deposit refund. Reliable, trustworthy, and a man of his word. 10/10 recommend.

Very good experience

Modi was extremely punctual, practical, delivered the property in perfect condition so it passed the very very thorough inspection 100%. I thoroughly recommend!

We were so happy about the services from Bolig og Flyt!
Communication very easy, the team is flexible, very efficient and always willing to help.
We got all our deposit back which we thought was impossible after living in an apartment with 2 small kids. I highly recommend them, and their prices are unbeatable. Thank you again 🙏🏼
