I have order from bolingo balance since 2019 and I love their products. Recently on December 2025 I ordered from them and was excited to receive my shampoo, seamoss pills and my child supplements worth a little over a $100 dollars. When my package was delivered in my mailbox I immediately noticed that there was nothing inside I was a little bummed out and immediately contacted bolingo customer service. Few emails back and forth for them to finally it was something I had to resolve with my bank because package shows it was delivered. You would think they will truly help a loyal and ongoing customer but that was not the case I was responsible for paying for something that I never received. And to mention the bag they used was so small and made think that’s why products busted out the bag. For this reason I will no longer support a business who does not try to help customer with delivery problems. You guys should provide insurance for situations like these.

I ordered the seamoss for the second time & it looked & smelled a little different. However, this one was good for inflammation just like the first one. I tend to get pain in my legs at night time & although it doesn't completely stop the pain it helps a lot.

I was very disappointed to see how small the bottle of shampoo is. My friend suggested it, and I tried and liked it so I ordered a bottle.

Watch out - my bottle of nourishing shampoo came completely different size.

Also the bottle came open without any safety packaging.

Very unprofessional - I wouldn’t spend 50 $ knowing I gonna get small bottle like that.

I just got my order. I’ve been on seamoss for 5 plus years but never had this seamoss. I can tell by smell and taste that this is the original blend. By hearing dr. Sebi speak I always want to try THAT SEAMOSS. 🫡🫡

Never receive the products, sending numbers of emails never receive any response or refund.

This site is very shady they promote products and when you purchase they won't send the items you spent your money on . The owner has other people send you emails with countless apologies, but yet you'll never receive the items you paid for or a refund. Victor Bowman and Gabriel Lumagui are the new online scammers

Previously wrote a bad review cause I thought I didn’t receive my order. I did! And the product actually worked. Customer service…there is none. So IF you don’t receive the order or think you didn’t..no one is going to respond to you. That’s the only negative thing I have to say. Need to work on customer service and updating people about their orders. Which is why I rate it 3 stars only due to customer service. But the products actually work.
