BOLLSEN Hearing Protection Reviews 

A very well organized scam. They send you the biggest size (when they don't let you choose any size on the website). Once i received them I wrote to them to ask them for a refund since they didn't fit my ears and they sent me an email by return inviting me to pay more money for a 'studio' that you make your own personalised ear plugs by taking a photo of your ear!!. And with a some kind of magic, they know which is your ideal size. Yeah right!
I been asking for a refund and return address but they don't answer me. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

These earplugs made my ears very sore and they did not block snoring noise. Please note that you can send them back but you have to pay for postage. What a con! I just hope they don’t send the returned ones to other customers as they are reusable. I stick to my cheap foamy ones! Would not recommend

My husband has injured his shoulder and is sleeping on his back, this has resulted in sleepless nights for me as he is snoring! I have tried 2 different brands of earplugs but they weren't effective and hurt my ears. I sent off for the Bollsen ones and they are fabulous! They block out the noise and are comfortable to wear - even when I'm sleeping on my side. Would recommend!

These earplugs are very effective, comfortable and discreet.
I bought them for a concert and they meant that I could hear the music without feeling it was hurting my ears! They are also good for filtering out annoying background noise when needing to concentrate. A recent purchase and I will continue to use them in more situations. The container is small and can be carried on a keyring.

Absolute waste of time,just a gimmick they don’t work.if they were selling these on Amazon they would have 1 star reviews,dont believe the hype

Unfortunately the ear plugs did not suit my ears however the customer service and promptness of refund was first class. I could recommend their services 100%.

Not sure why my review was removed… Unless it’s because it was negative. These earplugs are a waste of time and I will stick to the foam ones that I’ve been using for years. Don’t waste your money on them.

These are wonderful earplugs for swimming. Barely any water whatsoever gets in when I swim--it's almost as if my ears aren't in the water at all. Kudos to Bollsen for a great product!

I was sceptical- as I have had many experiences of being ripped off, for buying things that we’re supposed to be very good- at what they told me it was good for… these earplugs actually work very well. They stay in the ear so well, it’s a bit tricky to get them out. They kept water out of my ears and stopped me experiencing ear infections. The great little container they come with- was fantastic when getting in and out of the sea/pool with my six year old. It comes with a keyring attachment. When I was done swimming- just unscrew the lid and pop them in… brilliant

It is interesting that Trust Pilot have detected a lot of fake reviews.
I bought a special deal of 3 pairs and they do not work at all. I have asked for a refund.

No effect! I tested these at home and on a flight. There is NO discernible noise reduction. The ear plugs are junk so I'm left with the very expensive, metal, cylindrical container which will probably never actually be useful and just make me feel duped every time I look at it. They sent me an email with a link to I leave a review but it does not allow you to click anything less than 5 stars! THAT'S how they have so many positive reviews!

I was after some hearing protection to go with my new motorcycle and helmet, and research led me to Bollsen Moto ear plugs.
I ordered 2 pairs via their easy to use website and a few days later they arrived. In the meantime, the customer services team sent emails letting me know my order was on it’s way, plus advice on the correct way to insert the ear plugs.
I’ve only used the ear plugs once but they seem very effective at taking the harsh edge off wind noise while still allowing me to have a conversation, hear other traffic, and still hear my motorcycle. Easy to insert and remove, once they were in I didn’t even notice they were there. They also come with a handy little storage cylinder to keep them clean and dry when you’re not wearing them.
Recommended obviously.

The product is great and the plethora of reviews helped me set realistic expectations and understand the product before purchasing.

The company was kind when asking me to review their product and provided a coupon in return.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and glad to have some quality, reusable ear plugs to help me sleep through my partner’s snoring.

I have a perforated eardrum so it is important for me to keep my ear dry when having a shower. The Bollsen waterproof earplugs certainly do the trick. My ear is kept free from water entering into it and so free from infection :-)

I bought 2 pairs of the Bollsen Life+ Earplugs as they had "an offer" on. NB The earplugs are still on sale since I purchased them 3 months ago, and i suspect it will be so forever.

Also lots of fake reviews as highlighted on top of this page.

The earplugs are ok with respect to noise cancellation. However, they are quite difficult/fiddly to place in ears, and start to feel uncomfortable after about one hour. It also states good for side sleepers, but this is not the case. They require removal from the ear mid-sleep as they hurt your ears and definitely are uncomfortable when sleeping on your side.

If you want good earplugs, buy alternatives on amazon for a fraction of the price.

I had to give up swimming a few years ago due to constant earaches. I'd tried a few different types of earplugs but none of them stopped it happening. I thought I'd give it one more go and decided to pay a bit more money than I had previously, hoping that they might work. I'm delighted to say they have! They're easy to use and never fall out, I've been swimming several times now with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service is good

First of all, great customer service with good follow up service.
Secondly, I have tried every type of ear plug. Normal, industrial, wax you name it. All work to a degree but don’t block out snoring noise.
Lastly, your ear plugs blocked my wife’s incessant snoring from the start so I am very happy to have a nights sleep without interruption.

I have previously tried foam earplugs that left my ears dry, sore and bleeding. I have quite small ears and they fit great for me. They don’t eliminate all noise but definitely minimise sounds. As a side sleeper I only need to put 1 in every night and I can still wake up to my alarm every morning and they are exactly what I need. I have just placed my second order for these earplugs as they have helped me finally sleep through the night beside my snoring partner and for £40.00 for 2 pairs it’s great value for money.

Ive tried loads of different ear plugs for sleeping with through the years and theyve either fell out during the night or hurt my ears. These stay in for the duration of the night and are very comfortable
