Missing products and not getting back…
Missing products and not getting back on e-mails I've sent. Really poor communication. Don't spam everywhere with "if you have any questions email us at ..." unless you are able to even answer those questions in the first place.
Update:
After Bols called me back they directly took action and are sending the missing item today as well. Thanks for the good response after finally getting in touch with each other.

My order #1901
My order #1901
According to postnl my order was delivered 9th Dec at 13:26 however I was home all day and didn't receive it. It was also not left with a neighbour. I contacted postnl and they confirmed it was delivered however on their web page it also stated the packet was delivered back to Bols. Very confusing. They couldn't help me further and suggested I contact you. I did notice my house number was written as 17-705 on their website and should be 17705.

Incomplete order delivered
I ordered 2 x 4 bottles and received only 4 bottles. When I saw the mistake I phoned Bols, she promised me she would send another 4 bottles to me, but it was really stressful when I spoke her, because it was Black Friday. Until now 3 days later, I didn’t receive the other bottles. Indeed the rest of the bottles just arrived today! Thank you for your service, I will change my rating!
