I usually travel early in the morning…
I usually travel early in the morning 4:30-5:00. The drivers are there in about 4-7 min. I’m content. Prices are also affordable (about 10€ for a 5 km ride), so…yeah, rocks!

I ordered a ride for work in the…
I ordered a ride for work in the morning because I was running late and the driver never showed up. I searched for the driver, wrote messages to him and he never responded, so I eventually had to cancel the ride. Was late for work and annoyingly when I requested for a refund, they refused to reimburse me for something that was not my fault and on top of that they accused me for not picking the right pick up point when this was set by the bolt app and not me. Unfortunately for me this was the second time I experienced this but I know it is my last and I will never recommend to anyone and will always advise them to cancel for uber if I ever catch them using bolt. Thieves!!!!!! Bolt needs to be cancelled the robbery is getting out of hand!!!

Terrible customer service
I forgot a bag with my passport in the back of the car, and customer service wasn’t available on Sunday, so I couldn’t contact the driver. As a result, I missed my flight.
They only addressed my issue the following day, but it was too late. Eventually, the bag was returned to me, but I was stuck at Madrid airport for 24 hours due to an unhelpful customer service team.
In addition there wasn't a number to contact to get further support.
