If I could give zero stars I would

I prebooked a ride to our local train station in Portsmouth, UK two days in advance,as we wanted to be assured of a ride to the station to catch the train to gatwick, where we flying internationally that day. I booked 7:05am with the train departing 7:36. At 7:04, I received a text saying 'no drivers available" canceling the ride. Pretty much renders the point of prebooking useless.

Bolt driver in Bucharest on April 9

Bolt driver in Bucharest on April 9, 2026. The driver reacted aggressively to normal behavior of a small child (2.5 years old) and made offensive remarks towards my family. No damage was caused.
After the ride, the driver submitted false allegations claiming threats and inappropriate language. I contacted Bolt, but instead of investigating properly, I only received generic responses and my questions about evidence were ignored. The case was closed without any transparency.
Very disappointing complaint handling and lack of accountability.
As a customer, it is very concerning to be treated disrespectfully and then be the one facing consequences without any evidence.

Bolt flex fares are the best

Bolt flex fares are the best! All cab drivers encountered have been excellent and all say how they like working for Bolt which is great.
The app is well organised, prices are good as are waiting times, unlike other cab services. I am very happy with Bolt, and comforted!

Scheduled Ride Failed to Show

We have taken several rides on Bolt, and it usually works well. Today, I had a ride that I had scheduled the night before. It never showed up. There was no explanation or warning from the app that the ride on which I was depending was not coming. After waiting for 10 minutes after the latest pickup time, I was forced to find a ride from a competitor. It showed up within 10 minutes.

My phone gets very hot when I am using…

My phone gets very hot when I am using your app. That tells me you are doing much more than is needed with my phone and I am very dissatisfied with that as well as your information on where your driver is and where I am is not at all accurate. Your wait times are also not accurate. The information you are taking is killing my phone battery very fast. Not once but every time.

Absolute disgrace

Absolute scam.

I ordered a Bolt from Heathrow to home. Cost in app for an XL of £86.

The driver (whose driving was dangerous - swerving outside of lanes, undertaking traffic, braking heavily) missed a turn and added 30 minutes onto the journey home.

The final cost of the journey? £156

Bolts response when I asked for a refund? “The drivers are independent operators”

So if you book with them, they can drive wherever they want, as far as they want, and you simply have to pay.
