I placed an order over a week ago and…

I placed an order over a week ago and unfortunately it still hasn't arrived. I completely understand that delays can happen, and that in itself wasn't the main issue.

What has really disappointed me is the customer service. I called the office four times today, and each time, as soon as I explained I was calling about a missing order, the call was disconnected. Whether this was intentional or not, it happened repeatedly and came across as extremely unprofessional.

I've now requested a refund via email and hope this is dealt with promptly. It's a real shame, as good communication could have easily resolved the situation.
