Unexpected refund

I ordered several bolts and later on in the day, I received a refunded PayPal notification but no communication from bolt. I did not ask for a refund and no email from bolt to say why it was cancelled.

The "Go to" fastener supplier IMHO

Brilliant service (I messed up my first online order but they sorted that easily) and impressive lightning fast dispatch (Got the items next day).
Needed an unusual size item and this is undoubtedly the best "go to" fastener supplier - just what was needed to keep the project moving forward. Thanks!

Excellent communication and helpfulness

The items I bought were very good but the most impressive aspect was the way the company resolved a minor mix up with my order.
Two wrong items were initially delivered and when I informed them about the mistake they were very quick to appologise, tackle the error and send replacement that arrived within 48 hours.
Their communication and help was excellent. Thanks.

Just the job

Bought a weight bench (off ebay) with various bolts missing, Went on bolt world ordered from them, delivered very quick and did the job, now its solid as a rock
