I’ve been using Boltz for months, and I’ve been very happy with their service. Today, for the first time, I ran into an issue when a high-value transaction got stuck on the blockchain.

I was honestly pretty scared, so I reached out to Boltz Support. They stayed with me for hours, patiently helping me troubleshoot the issue and guiding me through every step of the recovery process. In the end, I was able to recover all of my funds, and I really couldn’t have asked for better support.

This experience actually increased my confidence in Boltz. Problems can happen with any service, but what truly matters is how they’re handled. Boltz handled it exceptionally well, and I’ll definitely continue using their platform for fast and reliable swaps.
