I have been renting from Bomarc for years and have always had an amazing experience with them. I feel secure that my items are safe and will keep renting from BOMARC!!!

Owner Dale is very hostile. He threatened to deny me access to my storage yesterday. Demanding that I call him after I received a threat to auction my belongings and I've been charged a fee for it. I paid $512 over the weekend to gain access. Threatening customers is bad business. Stay away!

Bomarc storage are great, nice courteous people. They were very helpful as to my moving from another state to here in Maine. I rented from them before this time,still...awesome staff. Great prices too.

Very clean, well lit, and secure. Seems to be well maintained. Affordable options. Friendly staff.

Website was very easy to use - rented a unit over the New Year holiday - no issues at all. Units are clean and everything you need is safely accessible. The local office followed up via phone the next business day - just to check in! Great service both online and local. Very happy I chose this facility.

I rented 2 units. One for over a year. My units were auctioned off without informing me. I was treated terrible by the owner. I had thousands of dollars worth of items. I was treated like garbage. They were awful

We were fortunate to have our treasures well protected while we needed it. Things have always been well maintained and office help was available when you needed them. Thank you Bomarc and Linda

We planned on using another storage location close to Bomarc to store our rv, but when we got there, we saw the locking gate they promoted was non-existant. We had noticed Bomarc on the way, so we immediately turned around and went to see if they had availability. It was late in the day, perhaps at closing, still the manager gave us a friendly greeting, said she could help, and took the time to show us a spot at a rate the same as the run down, no security facility down the road! Bomarc was clean, well monitored, and secure. Wish we called them first!

That old saying "it doesn't get any better than this", was never more apparent than my experience with the Bomarc location in Ellsworth. Linda, your manager, at this location was extroidinary. She definetly knows her product and questions were encouraged. Her level of expertise and willingness to please were likely unprecented in many employs of today. The ground were well kept, securtiy systems were in place and the entire experiece of renting a locker was made pleasureable. I would would whole heartly recommend this location to anyone seeking a safe, clean not to mention competive pricing, to all.

I recently rented a 5x5 climate controlled unit to store equipment for a new business I started. The customer service from Linda was exceptional, move in was simple and account set up was all done over the phone.

The faculty in Brewer is brand new and spotless! I love the 24/7 access that many others don’t provide.

Having recently leased from Bormac Self Storage, the experience for our team was exceptional. As a nonprofit, there were many pieces to pulling this together and we couldn’t be more pleased. Customer service was superior and Dale worked through many challenges with us. Thank you for making this such a positive experience.

I work for a non-profit organization, and we needed multiple units to store pet supplies. I had the pleasure of working with Dale at the Brewer Bomarc location. He has been great about quick correspondence and clearly cares about his customers and their experience.

We moved long distance and had been looking for a large climate controlled unit near our home. I personally kept in touch with Linda in Ellsworth for over three months. She always kept us updated on what might be available. We were able to get a 10x20 and a 10x10 just in time. Linda was so very helpful in making this happen! The cleanliness and security of the units, along with the excellent customer service, was paramount in making this the best choice for us. Our belongings are safe and secure, and in great hands! Don't look anywhere else!

My review for this business is going to be an extra 5 stars, simply because I’ve never had issues with bomarc they’re very helpful Linda at the front desk is very nice and she does a great job and I’ve been very appreciative of her help, I recommend bomarc storage to everybody don’t let the bad reviews fool you! If you keep in contact with them they will help you with everything you need. 10/10 They definitely deserve credit where credit is due especially when my time with them so far has been nothing but smooth and no trouble! Thank you for everything that you help me with bomarc! :)

I am really pleased with what I saw here, because this is where I saw the real service, which is aimed at satisfying the wishes of the customers and doing everything to solve the customer's problems. I really like it. And I think this is the reason for your success!
