Still waiting to receive the rest of my…

Still waiting to receive the rest of my order. It's 7 weeks when they said 7 to 10 days. Always get the same reply that "your order is processing". They say they sent a gift card, that was never received. Asked for a refund that didn't happen yet. So finally had to file a consumer complaint with our State Attorney Generals office. Maybe they can get an answer.

Bombas finally reimbursed me for the product that did not ship.

Total rip off

Total rip off. If the slippers don't fit, you are screwed. They give you about 80% of the amount you paid AFTER you have returned them.

$140 gone. No refund from this dissastified customer

I ordered, paid for and received 3 pair of slippers. When I received them the quality was not anywhere near what they should have been for their cost. I have been trying to return the(they state returns are fast & easy).I have tried by Phone 2 times(they don't take phone calls and you can't leave a message. I then tried by email and they keep giving me a no answer and the runaround $140 wasted. Do not order their stuff. One of the most frustrating retail online purchases I have made. The other company that won't refund my $150 is Happy Earth Apparel. Buyer beware for both companies

I ordered Saturday Slip-Ons on 12/2/25 for a Christmas gift. Bombas gave an expected delivery date of 12/13 and sent me the shipment tracking #. Exchanged numerous emails with Bombas after 12/16 only to be continuously told they had shipped them and they'd arrive by 12/23. Contacted shipper on 12/22 to learn there was no such shipment. After numerous post-Christmas emails Bombas finally refunded my $$. never again!

Terrible service

Placed order in plenty of time for Christmas. After a week if so I received half the order with the promise the other half shipped separately . A couple days before Christmas received a message stating the item I had ordered was out of stock. Guess who’s running out on Christmas Eve? Terrible service, never again.

The socks are pretty but I deliberately ordered the XL size but the ankle band at top of sock is so tight it cut off my circulation on one set of 3 ordered and the same for the set of 3 with rhinestones too tight. Probably the factory where they are constructed do not have the quality control to know that an XL sock should be entirely a XL sock and not just the foot a XL and the ankle equivalent to a small

Don’t waste your time

Ordered slippers for my partner for Christmas on 24th November which should have arrived weeks before Christmas. Had generic automated responses from customer service the whole time despite chasing. They informed me on 27th December that the items I ordered were out of stock. How does it take them OVER A MONTH to realise that?

Multiple Failied Delivery Dates

I get tired of companies lying to me about delivery dates. I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/15/25, 10 days ahead of the holiday. Bombas told me delivery date is 23 Dec. Then 4 days later is was 24 Dec. Two days later it was 26 Dec. Now, on the 26th, I'm told it will be delivered on the 28th. This is nonsense. They KNEW the order would not arrive on time but they still lied about it. As I write, I'm still waiting. Honesty is not in their repertoire.

Bombas Can't Deliver Their Product

I ordered a pair of Bombas slippers for my mom for Christmas on 12/10. On Christmas eve 12/24 @ 10am, Bombas emailed to inform me my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. Terrible customer service. Terrible online service. Will never order from them again until they get bought out by a company that actually knows how to manage logistics.

Never ordering from Bombas again!

I ordered a pair of slippers on 12/15 and on 12/23 my order ended up being cancelled. I tried to speak to a customer service representative on 12/20 to get a status update, but was completely ignored over email and no one answered my call. I got an email that my order was delayed and here’s a one time code for $15 expiring early February. Then I get another email 3 days later after multiple attempts to contact them that my order was cancelled and here’s a $25 gift card lol. Such a joke!! Will never be ordering from them again. Horrible customer service!!!!

Placed an order over a week before Christmas. Contacted them several times because the order hadn’t shipped yet. They emailed me saying it would arrive the next day, then emailed again saying they didn’t actually have the item due to a warehouse error and canceled my order.

I’m so unhappy with Bombas

I’m so unhappy with Bombas. I placed an order on December 9th with two Christmas presents. There was plenty of time for these to arrive before Christmas. Let me add that all online orders from different vendors placed before or after the 9th have arrived, even a custom Etsy order. I found myself shopping on the 23rd for replacement gifts. I’ve emailed Bombas several times with no reply and even tried calling today. The customer service number says they are currently not accepting calls. WHAT!!! I feel like Bombas spent so much money advertising on social media but didn’t have a plan on how to fulfill the orders.

Terrible experience ordering from Bombas

I ordered five Bombas items on December 3 as holiday gifts. After over a week, received a note that my order was delayed, but no reason was provided. I corresponded with their so-called Customer Happiness team several times asking for order/shipping status and reason for the delay. The order finally shipped on Dec 22, which means I won't have them in time for Christmas. They sent little IOU cards and offered me a gift card on a future purchase but never answered what happened. I asked them to apply the gift card amount as a partial refund but they didn't respond. We'll see what the product looks like when it finally arrives and I'll now have to ship out five packages to my family members. Very frustrating experience. I appreciate that sometimes things go wrong but I judge companies by how well they manage those situations. These guys failed.

Dang...wish I had read the reviews…

Dang...wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Terrible fulfillment process. Order on Dec 12, nothing for a week so I followed up and was told they were too busy and things would take several days to ship. Followed up 3 more times, was told it will be here by Dec 23 but nothing. And it is still "processing" so there is no chance my product is coming. Generic responses from Customer Service so I would say AVOID AT ALL costs. Unfortunate as I think the product is probably pretty good but I'll never know due to poor execution on a pick and pack operation. Buyer beware.

Horrible customer service and shipping…

Horrible customer service and shipping delays. I purchased slippers as a Christmas gift on 12/12 - at the time their website had a help section titled "How to receive your order by 12/24" Recommending to order early because CARRIER shipping delays are an issue during the holidays, so expect 5-10 business days for standard shipping. By 12/21 my order still had not shipped and I had emailed with no response from them twice. Today I receive an email that says my order is now "ready to ship", but has not shipped yet. Looking at their website they have now removed the "How to get your gift by 12/24" guidance and added a new section to FAQs about holiday processing, stating that during this time of year it takes them up to 7 days to just process any order. This is a new add to the website / and a CYA move on their part. Also it took them more than 11 days to process my order. I've asked them to cancel. I'm ok if your company is having issues managing demand, but at least issue an apology, email us with some type of announcement. But brushing it under the rug, and adding some sneaky section to your website about processing time is lame.
