BonChoix took my money, did not supply goods nor reply to my emails
In October 2024, I purchased 6 Elizabeth Arden lip liners, listed as "In stock" for my wife, paying GBP 45.40, incl postage to Australia, by PayPal.
I did not receive a confirmation and tracking email. Two follow-up emails in November did not receive a reply. The listed telephone number for the parent company of BonChoix, J P Peterson Ltd, was not connected.
In December, I applied and for obtained a refund from PayPal but I am uncertain as to whether this refund came from BonChoix itself or from PayPal.
The particular Elizabeth Arden lip liner is still listed as "In stock"!
