My favorite company!

Got a facebook ad from Boncini for some heels and was a little sceptical but am glad I took the chance. My belt fits perfectly and exactly as pictured.

Way better than most brands

I compared the same shoes I got from a high end brand and Boncini seems to have the better product. I won't call out the "other" brand, but seems like they need to step up their game. Boncini surpasses all my expectations and wish I heard of them sooner. I have placed several orders and each one came fast and seem really high end.

Loving every item I ordered

I ordered a bunch of different stuff - shirts, shorts - for this summer and couldn't be happier with everything I ordered. They have such unique items, I will be back!

Less than one star

Less than one star. Thought I did my research. I read they were based in Wyoming. Now I have no idea where in the world they operate from. Ordered shoes. Wrote six emails to no avail customer service phone number cant accept messages. Another freaking FB scam? I am sick about it. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and just needed shoes. Its hard for me to get out. What do I do now?

Ordered a pair of leather boots as a…

Ordered a pair of leather boots as a gift and didn't receive them until 2 days before Christmas (almost 4 weeks later). Then when I opened them, they are not leather. They are a fabric sprayed with some kind of thin plastic looking stuff. I notified customer service that they were not leather and what I thought I'd paid for and they offered me 15% discount to just keep them. I said no to send me a prepaid label so I could send them back and that I was reporting them to the FTC, the BBB, and my CC company. They came back and offered a 50% discount to which I responded again, no 100% refund and a prepaid label to ship them back. Still haven't heard back, but figured others needed to know what they are getting into. They claim to have an address in WY, but their IP along with the IP for Jade New York (another scam site both from Facebook) are both the exact same IP location and located in Gatineau Canada.

Scam. Never shipped order.

Boncini.com is a scam website.
I placed an order on Boncini.com and received a shipment notification email that same day. Over a week later I checked the shipment tracking number and it only indicates "shipment information received" but my order was never actually shipped. I reached out to customer service to ask when my order will actually be shipped and never received a response. Days later I received an email from Boncini informing me my order wouldn't arrive to me for an additional 3 business weeks, "if" everything went okay. But the tracking number still says the package was never even dropped off. The website shipment policies page says orders are shipped with 1-2 business days and should arrive no later then 14 business days. I have asked the seller to cancel this order several times and have been ignored so I have now opened a dispute with my bank to receive my money back. I was not able to find a single review for Boncini.com prior to placing my order, so hopefully this helps someone else from getting scammed.
