Good personal service is the way to go
We have been fortunate to have had Lorraine Thomas as our broker for a number of years; she has always been very friendly and helpful. Year after year, she has secured insurance cover that fulfils our needs, with a reasonable premium.
The months leading up to our policy renewal this time were very difficult for me, personally. In addition, this was a period of hugely rising premiums and excesses for insurance companies. Lorraine was very sympathetic and again guided us to an acceptable solution very quickly. I was very grateful for her help and caring attitude; I know we can rely on her advice absolutely.

Every year my documents are not correct…
Every year my documents are not correct and I need to ask to have these amended.
This does not give me much confidence in the insurance company.... I might consider looking for an alternative insurance company.
