This is our first baby and everything is new to us. Bondslane helped to match a postpartum nanny and it turns out great. We had Dennis for 5 weeks. Dennis is very experienced and knowledgeable. She also helped out in updating my in-laws’ baby sitting skills and knowledge, and minimizing conflicts around the household.

Great follow up during and after the service. A good communication bridge between doula and mom.

We used Bondslane to find a postpartum nanny for my second child. They were able to match us with with suitable candidates and arranged interviews. They were very organised and dealt with all the admin tasks which saved us a lot of hassle. Both founders have a medical background and are passionate and knowledable. They were very helpful in answering our questions. We found and hired Sarah as our nanny through Bondslane. Sarah was part of our family for 6 weeks after baby has arrived and helped us enormously with looking after the baby so that mum can have a good rest. Our postpartum journey was made easier thanks to them! We really recommend this company and Sarah

Found the agent via instagram. The overall experience was smooth. The agent matched doula well. Used the service for 3 months. I sometimes have postpartum question raised to the agent and they helpfully answered my concern. The pricing was fair. They held workshop for new parents which I unfortunately couldn't make it.

I will recommend and reuse the service.

The new parent baby care class was absolutely amazing! From learning essesntal newborn care skills to gaining invaluable insights into nuturing baby's development, both the online and in person sessions were incredibly informative and practical.
The instructors were knowledgeable, approachable and truely supportive, making the learning experience enjoyable.
Most importantly, it was conducted in Cantonese! Highly recommend to HongKong parents in the UK!

First, it’s a rare find for an in-person antenatal class these days, as most classes are now online. I particularly appreciated the efforts they put in preparing the props. And what I loved the most were the hands-on, practical sessions. As first-time expecting parents, the class has given us more confidence in taking care of a newborn baby.

I had an excellent experience with the doula pairing service. Communication was outstanding, from the initial consultation to postpartum support. The seamless and supportive process made a significant difference in my birthing journey. Highly recommended!

Sunday has been great, with vast experience in taking care of newborn babies. Bondslane was very approachable and helpful in finding us a post-natal care worker when the previous one became unavailable.

Having my first daughter is a daunting experience when I have no support as my family lives in Hong Kong. I found Bondslane Maternity through Google and spoke to them about my needs and what I was looking for. They sent me a few portfolios and I then had an interview with Cynthia who I chose to become my confinement nanny. I had her for coming 8 weeks and she’s been amazing! I’ve learned a lot from her and she’s been great help. Hard working, clean and I can tell she loves my baby like her own. I highly recommend her as a confinement nanny!

Amazing and efficient service run by Karina and Clares, from start to end. I first contacted them when I was still aboard, and they always responded my messages quickly. My husband and I had an initial conversion with them regarding our requirements and expectations, and I was very soon given a detailed profile of potential candidate. Following an interview via zoom, Bonnie was hired.
Bonnie was everything we had hoped for and more. She helped me tremendously during the first 2 months postpartum, and at the same time looking after our new born, teaching both my husband and I lots of skills as well as passing so many of her knowledge to us.
Meanwhile, Bondslane remained very supportive throughout.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bondslane to anyone who is looking for confinement service.
