I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the support and professionalism shown by John Doyle, who was my original solicitor during the early stages of my claim following the misdiagnosis of my stroke. John approached my case with care, diligence, and a clear commitment to acting in my best interests from the outset.
He was thorough and professional in his work, taking the time to understand my situation and explain the process clearly. I felt supported and reassured during what was an incredibly challenging period, and his guidance helped lay strong foundations for my case before it was transferred.
Although John later left Slater and Gordon and my case was taken over by Heather Moore, I am very grateful for the work John carried out and the professionalism he demonstrated while acting as my solicitor. I would not hesitate to recommend him for his attentive and conscientious approach.
