Unique, high quality, pretty

Confusing and Chaotic
I'm not sure what's happening with my order anymore but it originally ended up getting delivered to the wrong address (someone down the street to me received it and claim it had their address on the parcel). They then emailed the company to say that they had received this parcel in error and asked who it was intended for but never got any response, however I emailed the company later who claim that they never received an email from him, but I was forwarded my neighbours' email where he evidently did email them so I'm not sure if them saying they didn't receive it is true or not. Since my neighbours had held onto the parcel for a long time they were no longer in possession of it anymore, and I had to contact the company explaining the situation and whether I could get a refund or my order resent to me. They were consistent at replying and trying to resolve the situation at first however my last email was providing an address so that the order could be resent and I still haven't heard anything back or received my order so I'm not sure if they are actually planning to resend it or not. Overall just an annoying and confusing experience and had the order been delivered to the correct address in the first place I would've had it well over a month ago, without wasting my money.

I haven’t received my order yet
I haven’t received my order yet and it’s been more than a month I wrote an email asking to track it but i didn’t get a reply.

Also worth noting you chose a shipping option that did not include tracking, so we cannot track an item unless you choose the tracked option at checkout, however if you email us I can raise an investigation with our postal services and get your order to you!
Super happy
Overall I am super happy with my purchase.
Well, it took a while for the parcel to arrive but they said on the website that the shipping rates are longer. So this is absolutely fine.
When the package arrived I literally freaked out because they shipped it in a cute pink bag with there logo on it. Absolutely gorgeous.
The products are amazing. The packing is super cute and everything has a great quality. Also there wasn’t any damage.
You should keep in mind that you might pay customs on your order. I had to do that but luckily it wasn’t that much.

Amazing Customer Service
There were issues with the shipping of the product and Bone Idol was so understanding and helpful! Most of the issues were on the postal service end. Would definitely buy from them again knowing how much they care about customer service.

I bought my daughter some products from…
I bought my daughter some products from Bone Idol beauty for Christmas but unfortunately they didn’t arrive in time for Christmas due to problems with Royal Mail so the lovely people at Bone Idol very kindly sent 2 gifts for my daughter special delivery so she received them for Christmas plus I got the original ordered products later after Christmas. The gifts they sent for Christmas they said I didn’t have to pay for just so my daughter got something which was incredibly thoughtful and kind of them. I have a lot of respect for small businesses and the service is above and beyond from Bone Idil beauty. They sent updates to let me know what was going on with my order too. I will definitely be ordering from these guys again. My daughter loved her Christmas presents too. Excellent customer service and products. Thankyou Bone Idol beauty
