Ordered spacers and bolts.
The lock bolts were different than the normal bolts and not good for the application.

Confirmed with them to return the bolts only for a partial refund. Shipped them back tracked.
They received the bolts and crickets. No meaningful responses to e-mails.

Only after I disputed the credit card charge and it hit their account did they refund me the agreed upon amount.

Spacers seem quite good quality, unfortunately if there is any problem with your order, your only recourse is a card dispute. They will just ignore you until you do.

I originally ordered Titanium Lug Bolts specifically because of the advertised 2-piece design (with a rotating collar to protect aftermarket wheels). After placing my order, I was notified via email (from Jack Chen) that the company no longer offers this feature. Since the 2-piece design was the main reason for my purchase, I canceled my order and requested a full refund.

Despite multiple emails requesting a refund and making it clear that I no longer wanted the product, my credit card was still charged. I had to escalate the issue through PayPal and my bank before a refund was finally issued without any clear communication from the company.

While I appreciate that the refund was eventually processed, the lack of transparency and poor customer service throughout the process left me dissatisfied. For this reason, I’m leaving a 2-star review.

BONOSS Forged Lightweight Plus 5mm Wheel Spacers AL6061-T6 for Tesla Model 3/Y Performance / LR / SR did not fit the Model 3 Highland.
Their description does says: 1. The price is only for a Pair (2 pcs) of Tesla Model 3/Model Y Performance/LR/SR wheel spacers. Does not say what year or so.
Emailed to their service email. No response.
