Horrible Company

i ordered a tree for my recently widowed mother in law as a distraction for her from the tragic events. i was staying in a hotel and when i ordered it it was scheduled to arrive 3 days before i left the hotel. @Bonsai2u then moved the delivery date to a date after my check out date - i told then straight away and they said they couldn't cancel delivery and they wouldn't cancel order and refund - i asked them what do they expect me to do and they said - donate it to the hotel! horrible firm with no customer service. not rational, no empathy, and no moral compass

Bonsai2u are actually not the problem

Bonsai2u are actually not the problem, they attempted to deliver when they said they would and the customer service is friendly, I can’t say I have an issue with them whatsoever…however using dhl for delivery does let them down, I can’t say I’ve ever had a positive experience with DHL. It’s just a Shame that I’ll now think twice about ordering here because of their choice of courier

Great Customer Service

Bought a Bonsai as a Christmas present, but being Christmas time the courier was late delivering the bonsai, which arrived in poor condition due to being in their depot for 6 days. I emailed Bonsai2u, with photos, and explained what happened. I tried to revive it but sadly it lost all of its leaves. Emailed Bonsai2u and they sent a replacement bonsai which arrived within 24 hours. A brilliant aftercare service and a special thanks to Liam for being so helpful
