It was a traumatic experience in the end, as the shipping left a lot to be desired and ruined the purchase and overall experience.
The bonsai was transported upside down and arrived almost completely destroyed. I believe it was the shipping company, not the bonsai company. In any case, having to retrieve the bonsai was ultimately terrible, and I don't know if I'll be able to resist.

Very disappointing and unprofessional
I ordered a bonsai from Bonsai-Wonder, but the plant arrived in very poor condition – scruffy, neglected, and with many brown, dried-out needles. It looked nothing like the picture in the online shop.
When I contacted customer service, I initially received no reply for several days. Later, they tried to tell me that the browning of the needles was “normal” in autumn. However, it was very obvious that the plant was already poorly cared for and dehydrated.
Despite my repeated requests, I never received a satisfactory solution. Instead of a quick refund, I was left waiting with vague promises. Meanwhile, within 10 days, the bonsai completely dried out and lost almost all its needles – clearly an unhealthy plant from the start.

Perfect product as described and pictured on the website. Received in a very good shape thanks to packaging service. I received however the explanation folder for an indoor bonsai instead of an outdoor bonsai. Not a big problem since the webpage provides for every detailed information.

This the second bonsai tree I buy from…
This the second bonsai tree I buy from this shop. While the first one was nice and is holding up very well, this bonsai tree wasn’t very nice. The soil smelled badly and the saucer came broken. The leaves were also a bit crispy. I did email the company and they said they’d send me a new saucer but this didn’t happen either. I think there are better bonsai trees for a fairer prices out there.
