The tree was very beautiful, but unfortunately the pot was broken into small pieces. Since it was a gift to a friend, I experienced a lot of stress because of this situation.

I am very disappointet.
Since 2 weeks I have been written 3 times to Bonsaiwonder Support because of a reclamation.
Till now I did'nt get any answer. Well, I got your reply by trustpilot. I don't use whatsapp and I don't use shopytfy and I don't want to use them. So what to do? My disappointment ist growing, indeed.

I wrote the negative feedbacks- it was all about customer service... well, that´s say they care about the plant and shipping and invest in that not in administration; I care about customer service- when I pay for service.
here I pay for a old and healthy bonsai with good shipping- and here that´s great! I bought somewhere else - I was not happy with the plant- but service was great. So... chose- here you get real good gardening and a real beautiful, worthy plant;

We ordered a Bonsai tree for a colleaugues.
We ordered a Bonsai tree for a colleagues farewell event. It would have not been delivered on time, but after phoning them and explaining that it is priority for it to be delivered on a specific day, it was delivered perfectly on time. The tree was beautiful as expected, well packaged and delivered exactly as requested. Definitely recommend and will make use of their service again.
