I have ordered a mirowaveoven, which says it will arrive in 2-3 days with Dhl. But I have not got the item yet. I tried to call or write an email, but no one answers me. I paid for the item, but not receiving it at all

Absolutely appalling company. Like many others on here I ordered and paid for a watch as a birthday gift in May 2020, paid extra for express shipping, and am still waiting. Many emails later and there has been no communication. Absolutely disgusted to see that this company is still taking payments from people and not fulfilling any orders or engaging with customers. Do not use!

I ordered a watch about one month ago, and have not received it!! I sent email to trace my purchase but they don’t respond! There is no website any more!

My order #9551 that I ordered in January, is still not here.
Now, I want a repayment for my watch of 95€.
It's lamentable that a brand like that can't handle this.
I am a student and this represent a big amount for me.
So I just ask to the new owners to handle this as quick as possible !

The same story as many of you, I've ordered a watch at 12th April. It has never been sent. Nevertheless, I initiate chargeback procedure at my payment service provider and I have succeed. I do recommend this way of compansation of paid price!

Fake and a scam. Email doesn’t work. Phone doesn’t work. They gladly take your payment but have no watches to send. The company behind Bonvier AV is Swedish and located in Stockholm.

Impossible to reach out to customer service. The email adress they state is not working and not possible to contact them via phone or social media. Ordered a watch (order 10754) and has not been shipped yet. Please reach out to me and let me know when I can expect my watch to be delivered.

Ordered over two weeks ago and watch has still not been shipped and their customer service is not replying. Was supposed to be a Christmas present. They happily took my money on the order date though.

I am writing to request an urgent update on a product purchased on Nov 30th (more then one week ago).
I have received an automatic response from your servers saying that due to high demands the response can be longer, but even if the order has been processed and the money detracted from my bank account, I still have not received shipping confirmation.

Ten days are a long time to process shipping, what are the setbacks. If i don't receive information ASAP, I will pursue through a legal action with the police to shut down your criminal operation. Please update the status of my Order #10742.

I ordered a watch a month ago and never received any information on its whereabouts or why it has not arrived. I have emailed Bonvier multiple times and no response. I would like to know if I will ever get my order. #10570

I am disgusted that I am still receiving emails from Bonvier advertising their company. I ordered a watch several months ago, and received nothing. Contacted several times through every form of social media and email. Heard nothing back. STOP ADVERTISING WATCHES THAT YOU DON'T SEND TO BUYERS. SCAM.

STAY AWAY. I am SO DISAPPOINTED I didn’t read the reviews before buying. I purchased 5 watches and multiple straps, it’s been 13 months.

Over the 13 months, Ive sent multiple emails and Instagram messages.. surprise surprise.. no response.

Stay away, it’s a scam

It’s a fake company. They have a nice website but no watches. Always finding excuses not to have delivered anything to you.
You can demand your money back through your Visa card by the way, they already know of the company being a scam!;)

Bonvier doesn't respond for my emails, on their page I just see unfullfilment status.

Ordered a watch in march 2020 and still, nothing received. They do not respond to your emails and my Facebook message was deleted. Total scam.

I bought your watch has 2 months, with order # 10539 and had no answer.  I wonder when I get the watch.  i very disappointed, any answers.

Thieves, after 4 months of waiting, there is no longer any hope of getting the cash back or receiving the product.
They cheated a very large number of buyers, new users do not be fooled

I have ordered (#9635) in February (7!! months ago) and I haven't received my watch yet. This is completely unacceptable. The customer service isn't getting back to me- I contacted them several times via email and Instagram.

I'm sorry but I will refer this matter to my lawyer.
