First and foremost, we would like to clarify some of the points you mentioned in your review. Contrary to what was stated, we did play a significant number of tracks from your playlist throughout the night. In fact, we played a total of 47 of your chosen tracks during the event, exceeding the 5-10 songs mentioned. Additionally, during the last half hour of the party, we played back-to-back ATEEZ songs as per your request.
It is also important to clarify that Green Day was not specifically requested during your event, we do our best to ensure that each requested song is played where possible and if this was requested, we would have been more than happy to accommodate.
We were also not provided with any instruction prior to the event to strictly play only the songs requested on your playlist, some of which were also not available on our system. Our team did speak to you and your family on three occasions regarding the music and the DJs explained that requests had been made by your family and friends, you informed them that this was acceptable. During these requests and some music choices made by the DJs, most of your guests were on the dancefloor enjoying the music.
Our aim as DJs is to provide the best possible atmosphere for you and your guests, this includes selecting and arranging music which we believe will keep the dancefloor full. If this is not the service you were looking for, a DJ may have not been the best option for your specific event. Our team always strive to go above and beyond with special requests, including a specific playlist created by the host for the entire night or not taking requests, as this was not made clear until very late in the evening, I believe our team done their best to be accommodating to the various genres of music.
We also want to address the perception of our staff's behaviour. We assure you that our staff members were not giving judgmental looks towards you or any of your guests. Their priority is to observe the crowd's reactions to songs and ensure that everyone is enjoying themselves. We apologise if their actions were interpreted differently, our team are always very professional.
We deeply regret that you felt unheard and upset during your birthday celebration. Our goal is to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our clients. We acknowledge that there were aspects of your experience that did not meet your expectations, and for that, we apologise.
We did however receive very positive comments from your father and close family.
