Very slow to acknowledge returns - still waiting a week later!
Item was returned and received back on the 14th July (sent recorded delivery) still not acknowledgment of return or replies to my email sent to them. Not sure why it takes so long but it’s really not acceptable

Hi Victoria, we can confirm that we have only recently received your return. You received it from us on 14th July, you then sent it back to us which takes another day ot two, not to mention the 2 days for the weekend in the middle!
Our Returns Policy states that it takes up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed, as it is only the 20th today, and we've only just recently received your return, we kindly ask you give us a little more time to process your refund. We pride oursleves on our excellent customer service, and sadly we have received no emails from you at any time, not sure what happened there? Although we are also easily contactable via telephone and social media and had you messaged us through these channels we would have replied without delay, as we do with all our customer messages.
Your refund will be processed in the next day or two which is quicker than the 10 working days estimated, where it will be refunded back onto your issuing method of payment. Regards, Boobaloo Boutique

Service from the owner was excellent
Service from the owner was excellent, met my needs, although as the parcel was sent signed for and I was not in when delivery was attempted.i couldn't then pick it up until after the weekend, so probably could have got away with paying for 2nd class rather than 1st class.
Blue jumpsuit is amazing, harem pants too short and too tight, and maxi dress has a very low wrap neckline which I have to adapt if I'm going to keep it.

Hi Alexia, sorry to see your were unhappy with your recent shopping experience with us. Your order was posted 1st class as you upgraded to it at checkout and because of the value, we require a signature on receipt of your parcel.
To be fair, the parcel was too large for any letter box, so even if it had been sent 2nd class and you missed it, it would've been taken to the local Sorting Office (unless you have an arrangement with your local Postman??)
Have you ever considered 'Click & Collect' from your local boutique? That may be a more suitable option for you moving forward, as you can not only try items on but the service will be quicker if the item is in stock in Milford Haven and avoids you having to return any unsuitable items via post.
