The bonus was dealt with automatically. My max win was put in place. This makes it easy one less thing I have to deal with. When I came to the cash out i was beginning to be skeptical about it. Due to the amount of time it was taking but received payment in the same manner as I made the payment. The withdrawal went through with not much of an issue, just a little bit of time. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars due to the length of

Very bad support
It doesn't matter which sister casino you play at, the customer service is really bad and they don't respond at all.
They make excuses about a queue... but if there's a queue 24/7, think about it yourself.
They just don't have the resources for better service, and the situation hasn't improved in the past two years.
Then look at some reviews where people give negative written feedback, but still give almost full stars.
So, that’s not credible either.
Customer service could, for example, respond later, allowing you to reply when you return, but that’s not even an option, even though it's already 2025.
So, if they have the skills/talent, they’re not using them, and if any future customer is thinking about it, nothing has changed and probably won’t change.
