THE ISSUE IS NOT WITH KLARNA IT IS WITH BOOHOO I SPOKE TO KLARNA TWICE OVER THE PHONE AS THEY HAVE REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GAS LIGHTED ONLINE CUSTOMER SEEVICE CHATS AND IGNORED EMAILA! SO STOP SAYING ITS WIRB KLARNA IT IS NOT, I provided proof of all my items being returned but boohoo has to scam innocent customers in order to make money! I WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN AND WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!

disgraceful service, I just spent 45 mins on the virtual chat asking why I have a £30.45 outstanding balance as I returned all items in order and the assistant checked all items were returned and can’t help as it’s over a month old and SHUT THE CHAT?! I couldn’t even reply just leave a view!
What do I do with the outstanding balance?! Who pays for it?! The customer who didn’t keep any item, I don’t understand the logic.
I will never shop there again!
