Booking process works well and payment following completion is usually prompt.

When I first approached Book a Classic to look at hiring my pride and joy out, I was somewhat dubious this was a good idea. However, their team were most helpful with suggestions and advice. Any small difficulties were quickly resolved and their speed of contact plus politeness impressed, helping to put my mind at rest.

The music video my Volvo P1800S was involved with proved to be a most enjoyable experience and the client was very happy too. Payment was prompt following confirmation of the shoot too. Result!

Consequently, I'm more than pleased to recommend them, should you be considering doing the same with your vehicle.

Have still not been paid for the hire we provided for a lovely customer. Not their fault as e know they paid Book a Classic immediately. However, we have had no response from the 11 emails we have sent to Book a Classic asking where my payment is. Telephone is non existent, its just a dodgy mobile, left messages on it but don't believe anybody mans it. When you provide a really great service for someone you should not have to beg to be paid. This is extremely poor of the company and i will be loathe to offer our services via the site again. Another week and i will be going via the Small Claims court.

No response to my emails over the last 2 months. Impossible to reach over the phone. Trying to book my wedding car

Every booking through Bookaclassic has been brilliant. The team are great and it has only gotten better. Customers have also been professional and great to work with. It also comes down to the owners of classic cars to make the whole process for customers as smooth as they can. Secure payments are made too, and payments are made promptly when bank details are given to bookaclassic. Thank you bookaclassic, looking forward to more bookings.

Awful service . I’m a driver of several cars and was booked to do a wedding . Completed the booking , couple were very nice and very complimentary.

It’s been 2 weeks since booking and after several emails and attempted phone calls I still have not received payment .

The first job I did for them went well and I was paid next day . It is such a shame it has ended this way as I won’t be offering any more services through there platform .

Since this review we have made contact and payment has been received . There was an email that I didn’t get / see which was supposed to be replied to before payment was released . This part of the system needs smoothing out. I would give it 3 stars from the original 1 but I believe they deserve 4 for the excellent communication once we were able to make contact. The attempts to get in contact are still an issue but I believe they are in the process of changing their phone providers .

Not entirely the companies fault but they verify the owners of the vehicles on hire. Just had my daughter's prom car cancelled 4 days before the event and a black 1967 Chevy impala is not the sort of car you can just get another one. My Daughter and her friend are devastated and now not bothered about how they get to the event which is a once in a lifetime event. No response from the owner Shelly@allisolve so be aware before you book 🤬

The company has failed to pay my driver, despite me paying them over a month ago. My driver was excellent and deserves to be paid, not ignored by bookaclassic. The company has no email address available for customer service problems, so this review site is the only way of contacting them in writing as of course phone calls are all denials.

Bad customer service and awful treatment of drivers.

I booked a ford mustang though BookAClassic and the communication was excellent, and as for the Mustang this was by far the best car I’ve been in so far and was in my eye the best one at my daughters school prom !!!!!! I can’t thank all concerned enough 👍👍👍

As the lucky owner of a beautiful 1970s classic ford car, when I learnt about BookAClassic and how they promote the hire of various cars of different ages, I decided to give them an opportunity to endorse my car. Within days of my car being displayed on the BookAClassic website, I received my very first booking. Since then, my lovely car has played its vital part in weddings and film shoots etc, all thanks to the excellent promoting by the BookAClassic team.

I would also like to add that at every booking, the customer who has hired my car has the opportunity to provide honest feedback as to how I and the car contributed to their special day, and I am so very pleased to see that I have received no less than 5 stars and wonderful kind words for every event I have attended. All this could never have happened without the involvement of the lovely team at BookAClassic, for which I am most grateful.

2023 has already provided me with a booking and I imagine it will be an equally successful year in the deployment of my car where BookAClassic will of course continue to play their critical part.”

I booked a land rover for my daughter’s wedding through Book a Classic. The website was easy to use and the team provided good customer service.

My chosen vehicle and the driver were excellent. William arrived on time with a beautiful vehicle which got us to the venue beautifully.

Chris was the ultimate chauffeur with a stunning beast of a car that made my son's prom a memorable one. He treated him so special and even filmed him and took photos as part of the experience. A real head turning car with a throaty exhaust that makes sure your entrance is well and truly noticed by all. I highly recommend Chris and his car to anyone wanting a memorable experience.

I have several vehicles on the platform and receive regular bookings. Payout post booking is always fast and hassle free.

As a vehicle owner I found this website terrible. It’s a .ca which makes you assume it’s a Canadian service. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response. They take a huge commission with no value, no insurance not even a damage deposit. So basically 25% for NOTHING!

My classic car was booked and it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The whole process of receiving this booking through BookAclassic was made very easy and simple by them.
Full details were received from BookAclassic and I was given the opportunity to accept or decline. I was then given contact details with the person who booked and BookAclassic kept in touch to ensure all went smoothly. Payment was then received by me within 48 hours of booking.

This is obviously a scam. My son and I booked a car and paid the deposit. My son was in touch with the car owner and had everything set. The owner canceled the morning of the event due mechanical issues. We never received our deposit back and I’ve left at least 3 messages with customer service and have not heard back. BEWARE!
