Worst experience of my life. This is not an option.

The trip from TO to MTL was so sketchy that I called 911 out of genuine fear for my safety.
The trip from MTL to TO was in a bus that had a septic issue and a vent at the back of the bus was blowing fecal smelling air into the compartment the majority of the trip.
I forgot my glasses on board and when I emailed them they sent me a link that didnt work and blocked me.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had…

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to write one to express my experience using this BookARide. First I’m starting off by rating their service 0/10 minus nothing!!! This is a very bad ride service and people are better off using a different ride service.

The bus driver is the worst I’ve seen in my life and extremely rude. I am very disappointed as it’s my first time using Book A Ride and will never use it or let anyone I know ever use it again. What a very mannerless driver. Do not use them! They will make you sit on the floor with no apologies.

Avoid their services if you can.

Totally trash

Totally trash! came on the said spot 30mins earlier and wait 30mins more after the departure time.. emailed them ask how to get a refund, and they say am eligible to get refund if i wait on the said spot for 4hrs. what a joke.

Driver was holding and talking on his…

Driver was holding and talking on his phone almost the entire drive (which is illegal in Ontario).

Also the driver looked very tired and was drifting back and forth between lanes.

Exceptional Service and Support for Canada-Wide Inland Travel: A Personal Experience

I recently experienced an unexpected flight delay, and the support team member who assisted me with changing the date and time of my ticket was outstanding. They devoted 100% effort to understand my situation and provided me with various options, demonstrating high professionalism and empathy. The responses to my requests were always timely and helpful. Based on this experience, I highly recommend this service for all Canada-wide inland travels.

Very bad experience with book a ride

Very bad experience with book a ride.
Seats are not comfortable, check in system manually and very slow.
Busses are old and no wifi, no USB charging system.

Ride cancelled a day before booked date without warning

My ride was cancelled one day before my ride date without any explanation. Need to figure out another way to get back home from UNI. Instead of a refund, they issued me a credit. I cannot get in contact with anyone via phone. I have to "submit a ticket" online, which will likely not resolve the issue. I wouldn't recommend using them. Very, very unprofessional.

Making a ticket exchange

I made an error in booking my ticket. Although I'm extremely opposed to the idea of any online booking company not having a toll free phone number for customer service, my submitted "ticket" was responded to relatively quickly and the booking was canceled/exchanged and the problem rectified within a couple of hours.

Delayed rides

Had a ride at 16:00, at 15:50 received a message that it will be delayed for 2 hours, tried to email them, asking when the bus will arrive, received a non-professional response(no greetings, apologies, explanations, just simple “6pm”) and later they started ignoring me. Bus arrived at 18:17 in the end. Not recommended at all, do not waste your time on their services and meaningless attempts to contact them.

Horrible service

Horrible service! They texted me 15 minutes before my bus left saying that they were delayed 2 hours!!! So is better you pay another company even if you spend more money because they don't care about you.
I almost lost my flight because of them!

I was unable to find the bus

I was unable to find the bus at the time and place indicated on the ticket. It was 20 min late so i assumed i was at the wrong place. There was no detailed description of the bus or where to find it. It was fustrating and confusing. I was denied a refund because other people had boarded the bus
