DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We booked a stay in Greenacres Wales for a week from 28/7/23 via this company over 6 months ago to take our 2 young grandsons on their first holiday. We had paid the usual deposit and we’re really looking for ward to it. They have emailed us yesterday 12/7/23 to cancel our booking with no explanation. We have just phoned Adam to try to sort out. He has just said it was a double booking, then the caravan is being maintained that week, obviously both lies. Who does maintenance the first week of the school holidays, they have obviously had a higher price offered. We are now scrambling around trying not to disappoint our grandsons 😡😡
