Fast delivery beautiful gift
The flowers were delivered the next day and the communication was great so I could track the delivery. They were beautiful and it was great to be buying a more sustainable gift.

Amazing gifts but disappointing…
Amazing gifts but disappointing experience.
At check out there was only one option of card to add so added my message (at an additional cost) and then the site stated that the card would be delivered separately so I removed the card. At no other point was there a prompt to add a message and I have now sent a gift with no message which was expected to be delivered in the 11th October. With no follow up emails to confirm delivery has occurred I am now in the position of having a collleague who may or may not have received an anonymous surprise gift but I have no way of knowing without potentially ruining the surprise. The experience lacks the personal touch I would have expected from a gifting company.

Quality stuff
This is my second time using Bookblock to purchase a customised gift box for friends, and both times they have been very well received! It takes the fuss out of thinking ahead of time, when Bookblock provides a lovely array of gifts to choose from. I mean, who doesn't like chocolates/booze/candles? I'll definitely be coming back when I'm feeling uninspired on the gifts front haha.
