I had some issues ordering my items but the customer service team were excellent in responding very quickly and sorting the problem.

Ordered this as a last-minute birthday gift. He loved the colourful box and gifts, and it arrived on time. Happy but think there could be a wider range of gifts (such as books and more options for men).

1) these guys have the best cards, the ones where you can personify the front are especially great! 2) they deliver super fast! 3) everyone I have sent a card to from here has specifically said it was an awesome card! 4) it's perfect for me to send cards to my fam and friends in the UK from overseas. Couldn't be better, my favourite card site in UK hands down and the gifts are fab as well!

I made a customized photo card for my boyfriend's birthday and sent a birthday popcorn along with it. The experience was amazing and the package was delivered very quickly and right on time! Will definitely order again and hopefully international shipping will be available soon!

I ordered the Flora Lane citrus, bergamot and juniper diffuser, which arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. The diffuser has a pleasant scent, but it is not particularly citrusy as the description would lead you to believe.

The Bookblock website is easy to navigate. There are so many interesting and lovely gifts to choose from. My receipient loves the candle set I sent her. The ordering system is simple but able to provide all the tracking information needed. A shame that delivery not available outside of the UK.

I really enjoyed the experience of building a gift box through Bookblock. It was enjoyable and the recipient LOVED everything I picked out. I'll be using Bookblock again for both personal and business client gifts.
